“I left my heart in Santorini !”

Absolutely stunning !!!!
I loved this place so much I could live there. From the minute we arrived everything was perfect. Our 1 bed cave room with it's own huge jacuzzi looking over the bay was beautiful. Clean, minimalist , White and crisp are the best words to describe our room. You have to be reasonably fit to climb the many stairs that run up the middle of the hotel, but this adds to the charm. The staff were friendly and very helpful and we couldn't fault the service at all. Oia is so picturesque it gets very busy during July and August so if you choose these months expect crowds. Anyone knows of a cave home for sale, I'm very interested !!!!!

A fantasy becomes real at this resort. Our room was spacious, romantic, and had its own hot tub. The balcony was large with a spectacular view. Breakfast was served in the room and every morsel was delicous. The infinity pool is stunning and we spent a couple of days just lounging there and enjoying the scenery. Every need, desire and whim was graciously accomodated by Oliver, Anthony and staff. This place is gorgeous and you will not want to leave. Sunset in Santorini is everything you have seen in pictures - the white buildings set against a sparkling navy blue sea, iconic blue-domed churches. Visually intoxicating. Loved every second. If I could give more than five stars I would.

We were in the Boutique, which is OK but a little lacking when we were upgraded after a couple of nights to the Luxury Suites, much to our delight. We were told subsequently this was due to the Andronis Boutique closing early in the season due to lack of bookings. The Luxury Suites is a genuine 5 star experience, the quality of the accommodation matched by the attention to detail and personal touches that really make the difference. We had a delightful suite, the views over the Caldera are spectacular and the pool area really pleasant, with very subtly attentive staff. We went in mid-October and the weather was sunny every day with temperatures in the mid-20s celsius. Highly recommended.

We were very fortunate to be upgraded to stay in one of the luxury suites at Andronis- we were originally booked to stay at Alta Mare which is one of their 3 hotels on the same street in Oia but as we were here at the end of October they had apparantly closed Alta Mare early (so a taxi driver told us).
We never got to see either of the two other hotels so I can't comment on them- however Andronis Luxury Suites was an incredible experience we will never forget!
The entire complex has been finished to a very high standard. Luxury fixtures with out being too over the top- the epitome of style.
Our suite was set into the hill side and was like our own little cave house with a stunning terrace with the complete caldera view. We felt like we had complete privacy despite being positioned directly above the pool.
The bed was one of the most comfortable sleeps i have ever had and the bathroom was a whole other level! We had two jacuzzi's- one inside and the other outside on our terrace- both had views across the caldera.
It was an expensive stay but we had factored this in and justified it by barely leaving our suite! We had so much space (and two jacuzzi's) along with the beautiful horizon pool just below our room- so we spent most of our 5 night stay soaking up the luxury and feeling like complete movie stars!
The service was excellent and all of the staff were extremely lovely, friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved we felt was that a little bit of the advice we were given regarding restaurants, tours etc was slightly generalised as if the concierge was reciting what she had been told rather than talking from experience. This was not a real problem as the advice was always sound- however we are the type of travellers who like to get under the skin of a place and the best way to do that is to ask locals.
The breakfast was delicious and of a very high standard- we liked the order sheet system which you phone through to reception- you can order as much as you want and it ensures that your food is fresh- rather than the typical buffet style which I don't like.
When researching where to stay in Oia we found that most of the decent accommodation was quite expensive- so we decided to really spoil ourselves and spend a little bit more- it was worth it! 5 Nights of pure luxury that we will never forget!

Room Tip: I can't comment on the rooms without jacuzzi's- but I would recommend spending the extra mon...

This review is way overdue. We traveled to Greece in June 2010. Oia,Santorini and Andronis are heavenly. We have stayed at other wonderful places but Andronis may well top our list. Sooooo beautiful and the service was impeccable. It is truly a luxury to stay here. Amazing views, architecture, infinity pool. Everything exudes quality. The style of the rooms (at least the one we stayed in) is unique --sort of "chic cave" - sounds odd, but was very beautiful. Breakfast, served on our private patio each morning, was fabulous. Anything you wanted and beautifully presented. We felt like we could have asked for our eggs to be star-shaped and they would have been! The staff was accommodating in all respects. The lovely, young women at reception could not have been more welcoming, helpful, polite, or friendly. The champagne on arrival is a great touch. We loved everthing about this place. Would have liked to have moved in! It is pricey, so don't know if it's right for everyone. We were very fortunate to have experienced it, at least once. Unforgettable... highly recommended.

We were upgraded to the Suites from the Boutique as Adronis were consolodating all their guests to a single property at the end of the season. We found out about the upgrade at check-in over a welcome glass of champagne - boy did we feel welcome. Being taken to our room we realised what a great place we'd had the luck to be staying. The walk down revealed the beautiful view of the Caldera and the wonderfully maintained outdoor space. Our room, next to the pool, was a cave but very clearly not traditionally equipped! Lots of space & well furnished - big shower & bathroom. The kicker for us was the 25 foot long Jacuzzi in an offshoot cave with a view at the far end across the Caldera. Basically for us this couldn't be beaten!

The staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly & informative. Nothing was too much trouble.

We spent one of the most relaxing weeks of our lives here & couldn't recommend it highly enough.

This hotel is the best we have ever stayed in, and we have travelled widely in Asia, Europe and America. The location is jaw-dropping, set into the side of a cliff, with incredible views of the Caldera. The staff were wonderful, and couldn't be more helpful and pleasant. Our room had an outside hot tub with a picture-perfect view. Breakfast can be served on your terrace, and is very nicely presented. The room itself was large, with 2 separate areas, and had an unusual bathroom that felt like a cave - great! Make sure you are feeling fit if you stay here - our room was 120 steps from the entrance! We ate dinner one evening in the nearby Andronis Boutique Hotel, and had an excellent meal there (we didn't have dinner at the Andronis Luxury Suites, but ate in local Tavernas). Overall, this place is simply amazing.
