If you’re trying to run away from the busy resorts, this is the place!
The staff is OK, we’ve had no problems with them (except for the girl that welcomed us during the night that was obviously too sleepy to even talk)
The rooms are ok in size, but could be a bit modern and comfortable… the mattress and pillows are very bad! It was always very well cleaned and AC worked properly! Sometimes hot water could take a while, but it was probably due to the huge number of people using it as it always happened just after the sunset.
Breakfast could have a bit more variety and quality, but it felt nice to take it outside.
In the restaurant you can count with a very friendly staff and amazing chef! But the service takes forever (usually it took more than a hour from ordering to get the entrances) and it’s a bit pricey…
Same thing for the bar… but prices were a bit more acceptable!
The health club, if we can name it that, is a bit disappointing. You need previous booking, people in the reception can’t help you with the description of the massages and the health club is small, dark and because its always closed, it smells like mold
The swimming pool is what made us choose this place. And we didn’t regret! It’s amazing to spend some time by the pool drinking sangria and always listening to well thought lounge music!
The wifi should be free like in the majority of the resort, especially because it’s so slow…
It’s suppose to exist a beach space reserved for the hotel, but the sun beds and umbrellas were old and broken.
Don’t go for the all inclusive thing unless you drink a lot, because if you do the math you’ll realize that even ordering 3 or 4 drinks per day and eating lunch in the bar and dinner in the restaurant, all inclusive will still be too expensive!
Only big con: its not beach front! But a 5 minute walk will take you there!
But in the end I would defiantly recommend this hotel for those who look for rest by the pool…
