“Clean, comfortable”

The hotel was good, clean, very comfortable beds with pillow-top mattress. Beware of TGIF on the premises, however. The hotel gives a voucher for the restaurant. Don't go! It's extremely overpriced, they took 40 min to cook our breakfast (french toast and omelettes), while there were barely any other customers, the fruit was spoiled, which they took away without an apology, but did replace it with juice. The bill at the end was quite large, even with the voucher, plus they didn't bother to take the value of the voucher off the bill, which we discovered during the check-out at the hotel. Parking is convenient and only $5 a day, and we were able to keep the car there all day after check-out.

We booked through Niagara USA and we picked this for our hotel. It turned out to be a great choice! We were in one of the remodeled rooms and it looked amazing. The front desk was very friendly and the concierge was fantastic. The only drawback was the TGI Fridays attached to the hotel. The service is terrible and they serve cold food! Of course this should not reflect on the hotel, but beware nonetheless!

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights because a conference we were attending was scheduled at this location. The rooms are average with decent beds, small bathrooms, no extras. The "view" from our room was the blinding light from the Seneca Casino. The area surrounding this hotel is nothing but broken concrete and a busy street. The staff at the desk were friendly enough, but overworked and busy. Only one clerk was registering over 300 guests for this conference. AND there is just one elevator area with only 2 elevators! Major wait sometimes to get upstairs/downstairs. Stairs were in a very inconvenient location, difficult to find. The concierge was not at all helpful, told us it was a "5 block walk" to the falls. It was much longer than that and his directions were bad. Nothing around this hotel for food, although there is a TGIF in the hotel and it was TGIF, as expected.

This hotel is our number one pick for Niagara falls, New York. There is no extra charge for pets. The room was immaculate! In a safe part of town. FREE PARKING! A very short ( 2 blocks) walk to the state park. We loved it!

Massive breakfast comped for me after room service from the night before failed to materialise - the manager was apologetic and offered, which was gratefully accepted. the buffet there was actually enormous, and I would have paid for it if I had actually known it was as good as it was (all hotel breakfast buffets are NOT created equal). Room was a standard hotel room for the price, location is a mere <10 minute walk down to the park beside the falls, and a quick 15-20 minute taxi to/from the airport. Starbucks and TGI Fridays all downstairs. Nobody stays in Niagara for more than a day or two, so who needs more than this? Loved it. p.s. if you are an early-riser (I’m not, but flew from Australia so had MASSIVE jet lag) enjoy a walk at 5-7am across to the Canadian border and enjoy the clean air and not many people - it’s something that sticks in my mind as one of my happiest and most peaceful moments.

This is my first time booking and staying at this hotel. Booking process was easy and room is very clean and comfortable. Best of all it a walking distance to the attractions of Niagara Falls and right across the street is one of the greatest casino. I recommend this hotel to anyone that need a nice and friendly place to stay.

Rooms were very noisy from the old type of air cooler/ heater that was very ineffective. On entering the room- we first saw that one of the water bottles in our room was opened and someone had drank half the water-and had a welcome tag around it! The Breakfast Buffet at TGI is very poor- was cold didnt even have yogurt or fresh fruits- pancakes and french toast were cold. would rec buffet across at the Seneca- much better. Computers in lobby- very slow. The women's restrooms in the lobby had run out of soap in all dispensers and the toilets water had been cut off - the management was aware of a recurrent problem but had no signs posted - their response was" oh no not again"
The only convenience is that is a quick 2 block walk to the falls.
