We were in Ellicotville for two nights in the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, so when we arrived here I thought it was the most wonderful place on Earth! The front staff are amazing! They were so friendly! We had our dog with us and everyone was so welcoming of her! I bought the deal through WagJag and we stayed there for just one night, but I could have stayed longer. I'm already looking online for their next deal!

Stayed one night in March.Hotel is nicely located.Within walking distance of the Casino.Nice Restaurant and Coffee shop on site with reasonable prices.The staff were very friendly and helpfull.Free WiFi in rooms was a bonus.The rooms are starting to show wear but the beds were comfortable.Heater was noisy.We had a huge carpet stain in our room and the carpets in the hall ways will soon have to be replaced and were in need of vacuming.All in all I feel Hotel will soon need a refurbishing.If you go ask for a room near the elevators as our room was a long walk dodging Maids carts all the way.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. It is always nice to read good things about your Hotel and Team. Yes we are going through a very extensive and great renovation. It should be completed by Mid- October with everything. Most of it will be completed by June 1. Look forward to see you again soon

My wife used the Groupon for an overnight stay but checked their rates online. It was the same deal therefore was no deal with tthe Groupon deal at all! Other this comment we found this hotel to be average. They offer Wi-Fi in their rooms plus coffee. When you compare their property to other major chains, their competition offers frigs plus microwaves as well. They offer three different neewspapers to read for free and close to the casino. We are prepared to stay here again but was disappointted that for a major chain hotel it is average in what it has to offer.

Room Tip: You also have to pay for parking as well!

They always have great weekend packages so we have been twice in the past year. The rooms are nice and spacious. The pool is big and beautiful and was never busy. We really enjoyed the Manager's cocktail party but we understand that they don't do those anymore. We have recommended the hotel to friends and family for a nice break.

Our third visit in 5 months was for 2 nights February 18 - 20th & we had a wonderful time!

Our 6th floor room faced the casino as we requested & was great accept for a fan unit on the roof that caused a vibration in the room. The wall thermostat didn't work on arrival but was repaired immediately. TGI Friday's was marvelous as usual! Highly recommend the rack of Baby Back Ribs! We even WON a bit of money at the casino! Thank you Melissa for your hospitality at the "Lounge"!

Can't wait to return in a few weeks!

Just let you know as the new general manager of the hotel we have begun a massive renovation of the property. We have finished three floors and have two more to go. Just returned from Sheraton at the falls NY...good location across from the Seneca casino...parking was $5 (city lot) hotel has non of its own!..adjacent.
We had a Jaunt and got a coupon for casino and TGIF that is in the hotel.included in price of room..unfortunately we didnt know that TGIF is not open for breakfast so were unable to use our coupon....disapointed (no $20)
The room....was on renovated floor 4th..(dark walls and carpeting)....new carpeting /wallpaper.....some furniture...beds didnt seem to be made properly ......sheets were not ironed (wrinkled)...pillow cases did not fit the pillows ..they were too small...bed was really not comfortable at all..room was dark!...bathroom was small.. only partially renoed...shower was very dark and looked dirty/old..would not use it!!.over all not bad but certainly not Sheraton quality!!..was expecting more from a Sheraton!!.....would not return...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm glad you enjoyed the location, We also feel very strong that our location is a plus. We are sorry that you didn't like the beginning of our renovations. They are Sheraton specified colors for the new product. As we continue with the renovation our bathrooms are on the schedule and they should be completed by October 1. Our lobby will start in about three weeks and will be completed by June 1. We hope that you will give us another try as we really believe that we have a top-notch hotel.

This hotel is very good, good location. Beds really comfortable. The only bad thing is that the 5-7 wine and cheese was no longer there, big disappointment. The staff was very nice. No fridge a extra charge of $15. No microwave in the room.
