Stayed here for a couple nights with my mom and sister for a little shopping trip. The room was clean and the beds we're comfy. There are pictures with the room numbers, which add a nice touch. Breakfast was as good as expected for a serve-yourself complimentary breakfast. Pool area was clean and well-kept, and was not overly busy both times we were in there. Hotel is within walking distance to the falls too!

My husband and I came for a get-a-way for 3 nights. The hotel staff was very helpful and we used the pool & spa. Good location - walking distance to most attractions. Breakfast offered a variety of items that was good. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed here the night before our flight from Niagara Falls Airport. Overall the hotel was good. We did find the pillows hard and not easy to sleep on. The buffet breakfast was good except the fruit could have been fresher (banana were dated and the apples bruised). It was only 7 minutes to the airport so it was very convenient. We were going to use the pool after breakfast but people eating the buffet breakfast would have been looking right at us, found that a little uncomfortable. Overall the Hampton chain is very reliable and clean and provides a good service for travellers.

We spent one night at this hotel. The room was clean..however we asked for a room away from the pool & we were not granted that simple request. Breakfast was bland, we did not see an dining attendant. One thing that bothered us was that the fruit, especially the bananas. They were in extremely poor condition/rotten..Completely black! We voiced our complaints to the front desk and although the attendant was polite we didn't get anywhere. We asked for the hotel manager twice, seems she was busy testing the pool water and didn't want to be bothered!! Finally the 3rd time the manager showed up. She told us she needed to test the pool before someone decided to go swimming!! Poor thing she appeared to be very rushed and frazzled.....by the time we arrived to the dining area the old fruit had been discarded and replaced with fresh...we think we were not the only ones that had complained....now mind you this is at 9:15 in the morning, breakfast started at 6am......The manager did nothing about the mishap or even apologize....We cannot recommend this hotel and we will not be staying at here again.....

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you had a poor experience while a guest of ours. We strive to make every guest feel welcome and at home while staying at our hotel. I do not want you to feel that your concerns went unnoticed. I did speak with the breakfast server and advised her not place any fruit out that may be questionable. Although the bananas she showed me were not rotten, I do apologize if you encountered any that were as it is unacceptable. Please also accept my apologies in regards to your room placement. We do not really consider any of our rooms to be near the pool, but if you will give us another chance in the future please let us know to avoid the first floor as it appears they were trying to fulfill the low floor request at the time they assigned your room. We do not want our guests to be unhappy with any aspect of their stay, and we hope that for future trips to the area you will visit us again to see what a great hotel we can be. Have a great day!

Spent a night in a King Deluxe Room. A bit odd with a whirlpool tub right beside the bed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast merely okay in morning. Top marks for the included wifi. A convenient spot for cross-border shopping.

We stayed one night. Was a fine enough hotel stay. had a decent breakfast. It's good for a night ot two and get back on on the road. Our kds liked the hot tub and pool although the gym location is not ideal. You have to ask someone to let you in after 10pm.

Great hotel in a good location. Its very close to the border and the outlet mall. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed the pool/whirlpool which were very clean. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I was travelling with children and they enjoyed the pool and cable/movies. They also took advantage of the free wifi. The breakfast was good. There was a lot of variety. A good stay overall and we will come back on our next shopping trip.
