“Clean and convenient”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013

This Hampton Inn is convenient to view the American Falls but not close enough for most people to walk to the park. Hotel staff is polite and friendly. It's nice that linens are freshly washed for each visitor. Our room was very clean and adequate with free wi-fi. In room movies are very expensive at $15 but there are some available for $5. Indoor pool is very nice for kids to enjoy.
Breakfast room is large and the offerings are well-tended by staff. Good variety of foods.
A pleasant place to stay!

Room Tip: no upgrades were available as the hotel was busy

We were greeted throughout the hotel by smiling team members, including Melissa who was so welcoming when we got in late at night despite fighting a cold. Lisa did a terrific job welcoming everyone and keeping everything stocked at breakfast. The food was tasty and the dining area was spotless! Overall a wonderful experience and wonderful staff!

Stayed at this hotel a year ago. My experience was good. The hotel was clean and comfortable with modern decor. They gave us free bottles of water when requested which is a nice touch. The breakfast was good enough with hot and cold items. The only teeny weeny little thing was the dryer in the laundry room was not working properly. The clothes were still very wet upon the dryer being finished . Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Decent clean rooms and an average American breakfast. The location is away from the crowd but can get a little lonesome at times, especially if you are walking back alone in the night. They had a refurbishment going on when we visited Sept 2012 but it did not cause any inconvenience to us. Walking distance from the US side of the falls.

I love Hampton Inn chain for modern decor, beatiful bed linens and many amenities including flat screen TV, wireless Internet, hot breakfast, pool and spa, fresh coffee in hallway all day long. This one had additional convenience in being walking distance to the park and casino. We stayed there for one night. In the morning, we left a car in the hotel and after checking out went to the park for a day leaving the car in the parking lot, thus saving $10 parking fee in the state park. The hotel personnel was friendly and helpful but... disappointingly when I inquired about the park, they did not tell me that there will be fireworks at night... we left the park earlier and found out about fireworks only next morning from other guests... Little disappointment, but other than that - no complaints

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Niagara Falls, NY for a 3 day weekend get-a-way. We have stayed at other hotels in this area and the Hampton Inn was the best by far. Large, clean comfortable rooms with HD television, microwave, refrigerator, desk, and ample dresser space. Complimentary hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee available. Free ample parking. Extremely friendly and helpful employees. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel in November 2012. We were on a 3 day shopping spree, and chose Hampton Inn for the free breakfast and proximity to the Rainbow Bridge (to and from Canada). There are many hotels closer to the outlet malls, but we liked this location better as it was very, very quiet, easy to get in and out of, close to the Casino (walking distance actually) and yet still only 15 minutes to the shopping hot spots. The staff were amazing, the pool area was spotless, (even the windows in the pool area were spotless), and we really appreciate duvets which are laundered after each guest. We enjoyed the breakfast, the hot beverages in the lobby, and the cookies in the evening. This is our second stay at a Hampton Inn, (previously Sudbury, Ontario) and it is nice to experience consistency in customer service and cleanliness.

Room Tip: By booking in advance and guaranteeing payment we were able to get a very reasonable rate of $ 83 pe...
