I apologize for the experience that you had while staying at our hotel. We strive to maintain the highest quality hotel at all times for every guest and obviously we failed you.

One of the best parts of my job is reading TripAdvisor reviews that specifically mention the staff of the Days Inn at the Falls, Niagara Falls.
Many hotels can boast that they have comfortable beds, indoor pools, fitness centers, free wi-fi, and whatever they think makes their hotel special to encourage guests to choose their hotel over another but not everyone has people that are nice and genuinely care about the guest experience. I know that Robert was the gentleman who took such great care of you and have ensured that we recognized him for his outstanding job.
