One of the best parts of my job is reading TripAdvisor reviews that specifically mention the staff of the Days Inn at the Falls, Niagara Falls.
Many hotels can boast that they have comfortable beds, indoor pools, fitness centers, free wi-fi, and whatever they think makes their hotel special to encourage guests to choose their hotel over another but not everyone has people that are nice and genuinely care about the guest experience. I know that Robert was the gentleman who took such great care of you and have ensured that we recognized him for his outstanding job.

The Days Inn is located 30 seconds across the border at the Rainbow Bridge. Great Location! Hotel is older and it shows. Very nice that the bathrooms have been renovated but the finishes are cheap and the work not the best. They should think about changing the bedspreads. That would go a long way in updating the look of the rooms. The carpets were dirty and needed to steam cleaned. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and check in was quick and easy even with a voucher. I would recommend this hotel if you plan on doing a lot of shopping and not spending a lot time in the room. Great value and location for cross border shopping but not a place for a romantic getaway.

Room Tip: don't waste your money on the jacuzzi room. the room was shabby, run down and I did not want to...
