The hotel is right next to the Niagara Falls State Park so you can't beat the location. The hotel is just an old Comfort Inn, nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean and the check-in staff was friendly. In general, I don't think you could beat the cheap price and location on the U.S. side.
The Canadian side has newer and nicer hotels than the US side, if you're looking for that, but it is extremely cheesy (theme park to the 10th) on that side and the hotels were overpriced. I don't think you can beat the bang for your buck at the Comfort Inn. You also get a continental breakfast that, like the hotel, wasn't anything special but got the job done.
