“Great Location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2014

The location of this hotel was excellent, within walking distance of most attractions, including the Falls, Maid of the Mist, The Park, The Casino, amongst others. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was average, since we were there for 2 mornings we would have liked a little more variety, (different meat, maybe French toast or bagels instead of Danish), but the staff was very friendly and kept the food stocked. A nice gift shop was attached. All the staff was courteous. Just an FYI, we do wish they would have informed us upon check-in, on Friday, that there would be fireworks that night. We did not know and would have liked to have been right there at the Falls for them. Luckily we heard the booms and could see some of them through our hotel window. I would recommend this hotel, price was right and it's all about location, location, location:)

We stayed overnight on our way to the Buffalo airport (half an hour away). The location is a couple of blocks from the Seneca Casineo, across the street from the Niagara Park (15 minute walk to the Cave of the Winds) 5 minutes from the Maid of the Mist and about 3 blocks to the US/Canada border. I loved the location. The staff was so helpful, a comp breakfast is offered in the morning, with make your own waffles. The rooms were a bit dated and I did not like the fact that they charged more to be on a higher floor with a possible view of the park. There is no view of the falls from this hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again. There is no fridge or microwave in the room. There is a coffee maker. A shared microwave and coffee is located just off from the lobby. For $2.00 you can catch a tram that will take you to the Cave of the Winds, that you can catch about a 3-5 minute walk. Planning on staying here again on my next trip, when I will have more time to explore.

Room Tip: We stayed on a lower floor and stayed only there one night, hard to say.

We were very pleased with this hotel. Most importantly it was clean. The staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable of the nearby restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was good and the items were kept full. To make it even better we parked our car on Sunday and did not move it until we left on Tuesday. Everything was in walking distance. This hotel is reasonable and a great place to stay.

This Comfort Inn is a very affordable and perfectly located spot for a family vacation to see Niagara Falls. You can even see some of the river and Falls from some of the rooms. The Falls are about a five minute walk from the front door. We had a sixth floor rooms and found them to be fine for our needs. We had grandparents, parents, and a one year old and had plenty of room for a playpen. The breakfast was ok, the usual stuff, but there was a large room and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A gift shop was attached. We enjoyed our stay and the price was great.

Room Tip: Get one facing the Falls

This hotel is across the street from the Niagara park and a short walk from Cave of the Winds, Rainbow Bridge, and Maid of the Mist. The staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants and giving directions to the attractions. The room/bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Free breakfast included bagels/toast, fruit, eggs/sausage, and cereal.

I'm not sure why this hotel isn't rated higher. I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Really surprised to find this hotel, very close to Niagara Falls. None of our family members expected to stay at a hotel so close to the Niagara Falls. No sooner we checked in, we felt happy for we could just walk in the night, to admire the beauty of Niagara Falls when it is illuminated in the night.

As the Hotel was so close, we spent a lot of time in the Niagara Falls State Park and in the night, we spent till midnight at the falls enjoying the illumination and gusty sound of falls.

The complimentary breakfast was not upto the standard. We had to adjust with whatever was available. The other facilities are ok. There is a souvenir shop in the hotel premises. Further,
there are good Indian Restaurants near this Hotel serving good head.

We definitely recommend this Hotel to our friends those who wish to visit Niagara Falls to enable them to spend much time at the falls. and also to enjoy the illumination in the night. The check out time is 11.00 AM, thereby getting one more chance to visit the Niagara Falls.

Room Tip: Preferably Top floor

I am sorry that you were disappointed in our breakfast, but happy with all the other facilities.

This Comfort Inn was a very pleasant surprise to us. The moment we checked in with the very helpful and friendly staff to the spacious room. Location couldn't have been better with the falls rapids right across the road and the view of the Canadian side plus alot to see and do within walking distance. This hotel services all types but especially families which was great to see since the falls are one of the Seven Wonders of the World and appreciated by all nationalities! The breakfast served which was included was also very nice for all. We have to say we had written off the chain of Comfort Inns for past experiences travelling to Florida but as we told the reservation clerk upon leaving they has restored our thinking about using Comfort Inns.
