This property is by far the best value and closest to the Niagara State Park. Your choice of views are city of park. The Park view will face you to the American Falls. Either view is fine. Try to be on one of the upper floors though. The rooms are standard size, clean, and comfortable.bathrooms are clean, have plenty of towels that are nice and fluffy. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We needed help making taxi arrangements to return a rental car and another to get us to the Amtrak station. Both were taken care of by Betty at the front desk. Check in was fast and Bart was a wealth of local information. The complementary breakfast is average. The fare consists of eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, fruit and yogurt. But the best, which adds an extra star, is that the doughnuts are from a real bakery, not a box. You have a variety of food choices within walking distance. Indian, Chinese, Greek and American fast food is near by along with lots of souvenir shops. For,more upscale dining there is Savor at the Niagara Culinary Institute, and the Red Coach Inn. More on these two later.
The Rainbow Bridge is within walking distance and then a short walk and you are on the Canadian side. All of this without getting into your car.
