“Rare find”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2009

We were 2 couples without children and preferred to stay on the american side, wanted a really nice place with free parking and breakfast. The Red Coach Inn surpassed our expectations. We had 2BR/2Bath/LR/FP suite. The decor is a bit frilly but it was SPOT LESS, spacious and comfortable. We are luxury travelers and this place is fantastic.

The only complaint I have is the smell of primrose from the gilchrest and soames bath stuff and room potpourri. it was overwhelming upon entering the apt and I do not like the smell of rose.

My family (parents, brother, and sister) stayed in the Cambridge suite. It looks like a Victorian apartment. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, and a living room. It was extremely clean and very well kept. It's right beside the river, so it's only a 5 minute walk to the falls. I would definitely recommend the Red Coach Inn to anyone staying at Niagara Falls.

Best place to stay in Niagara Falls.... European feel with warmth. Room was wonderful, bed was very comfortable. Location could not be beat....just walk out the door and you are at Goat Island and the falls. Restaurant was great. Staff helpful.
We did not have reservations and checked out the other hotels in the area....this was the best choice.

On a trip from Boston to Cleveland, we decided to stop for the night in Niagara Falls. Arriving very late, we were expecting to have to settle for a dump. Imagine our surprise finding this LOVELY hotel immediately upon driving into town!! We could not have been more delighted with everything about the Red Coach Inn. From the adorable suite to the sparkling wine and cheese plate that arrived unexpectedly to the clean and incredibly comfortable bed and bedding to the friendly and professional staff. Not to MENTION the dramatic rapids (lighted at night!) just across the street and visible from our room. We can't wait to stay here again!! Highly recommend it!

My family and I want stayed at the Red Coach Inn, Niagara, New York, and it was one of our most wonderful memories of Niagara Falls. It is a truly beautiful hotel with a great staff and food. If you are going to the area, I would highly recommend the Red Coach Inn.

We had a beautiful stay-- the room was stunning and so comfortable and beautifully appointed. Perfect for the five of us. We were so amazed at the champagne and fruit/cheese plate awaiting us. You have thought of every little touch. Every detail. And all are so very much appreciated.

The April snow was an extra bonus for my family from Costa Rica. They had never seen snow before!!!

Your staff was darling. Especially Amanda at the front desk. We loved her and she took extra special care of us. Even got us driving directions back home with a short-cut! Your delightful handyman came to our recscue in letting me use his ice scraper to get my car going. Everyone was so nice.

Thank you for the lovely stay, the warm and inviting hospitality, the attention to detail, and all you did to make us feel like we were "home" in this beautiful space. After 7 hours of driving to get to Niagra Falls-- let me tell you-- it was a wonderful retreat! We will tell everyone we know about the Red Coach Inn with much enthusiasm and compliments!!!! And, we'll definitely be back. Congratulations on having one of the nicest inns we've ever experienced. A++++++++++++++!

I was travelling on business and decided to skip Holiday Inn and instead try this country inn. Very nice. I ended up in my own suite (living room with gas fireplace, Bose radio, a full kitchen (including a welcome snack and a small bottle of bubbly in the fridge), a half-canopy bed and a view overlooking the Niagara rapids!

Short walk (along the river) to the American falls.

In addition to the room, I was provided with a very dignified continental breakfast served in the restaurant.

My favorite part though was the nice big, real wood burning fireplace (without any kind of screen) in the restaurant.
