We arrived at 2 AM from Texas and Perry was there to welcome us. We had called Debbie at 1 AM when we landed in Buffalo to get directions. She was so kind and polite. At breakfast we were treated to a gourmet meal and met Debbie. Both of them gave us directions and helpful hints as to where to go. They were crazy busy with a large party, but took all the time we needed. We were so pleased to met both of them and will certainly be back to visit. The home was just that "a home", and we felt like family.

We recently stayed at this lovely old home for 3 nights. Perry & Debbie are great innkeepers, the afternoon we arrived we found a birthday party in progress for a young woman turning 90. Our room was charming...it is an old house so don't expect things to be modern. The floor creaks...loved the sound....it is an old house. We did have to change rooms our last night and the new room was a shared hall bath but because of the mix up they did not rent the room that would share the bath so we still had a private bath just out in he hall. The hall 'linen closet' was a lovely old china cabinet filled with fresh towels. Our room had a Juliet balcony and you could hear the falls with the door open. The breakfast was great, different meals every morning. It is a short 10 minute walk to the falls. P We knew we would leave earlier than normal the last morning and told him we would take just a muffin and juice but Perry insisted and fixed us the normal breakfast just earlier. There is an Italian restaurant nearby he suggested....it is in a super 8 motel. We must have looked shocked and he said trust me it is the best and it was. Thanks again for a great place to stay in Niagara

I don't have much to add to the excellent reviews of Elizabeth House and Debbie and Perry. My wife and I needed a nice weekend away and we were fortunate to stay here. We arrived at 9:45 PM on a Friday night and Debbie said, "Are you going to the Fireworks?". We had no clue what she meant. She said there were fireworks over the falls at 10 PM and told us to drop our bags, go to the falls and we'd talk when we got back. We were surprised how close the house is to the falls and the park. We walked everywhere and did not use our car the entire weekend. The breakfasts were awesome and the company of the hosts and the guests led to some long, pleasant conversations at breakfast. The house has multiple quiet places so that, after a busy day, you can find a place either inside or on the terrace to relax. This is an old house that is being fixed up beautifully. The floors creak as they should and there is much to enjoy about the structure and furnishings. We would/will stay there again and recommend Elizabeth to anyone who wants a quiet, restful place to stay with excellent hosts and breakfasts that you will remember.
