“For people on a budget”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2013 via mobile

We were looking for the least expensive place to stay in Niagara falls. Even though we knew it was going to be small we were a little bit shocked when we walked into the room. It was very small and very dated. The shower did not have a light fixture, it was like showering inside a dark cave. I had to leave the curtain open to be able to see the soap and shampoo. Like the shower was an afterthought or a bigger room was divided into two smaller ones. It was weird to stay here. I felt dirty, like we were staying at a place that charges by the hour. However, there was a fridge and a microwave in the room which was nice. We could hear people sneezing outside our window. I would not recommended this hotel. I will pay more next time and at least get a real shower.

Room Type - One Queen Standard,
Decent Hotel for the price. Old styled interiors, wooden furniture, small room, CRT TV set, bathrooms are small and no tub (standing shower). Mattress was decent, no bugs etc. Pool is in center of the parking lot so dont think about a swim. Single storied building, so your car would be parked in front of your room. Basically good for a nights stay, anyways in Niagara you would be spending most of your day outdoors. Very close to the falls. Good for the price.

The motel is of good value. Close to shopping, restaurants and the casino. I asked for a room farther away from the road and it was a quite sleep.

The room we had was recently updated. Seems like new carpet . The parking lot was recently sealed as well.

Found the hotel via the internet, rented 2 rooms, everyone in group skeptical due to rate. We all found the rooms "dated" but very clean and comfortable. Whenever we fly out of Niagara Airport we intend to make this our choice for the night. A very pleasant surprise in a tourist town

If you need a room to crash for a night that's acceptable. Room partition wall is so thin we can hear next door snoring the entire night. Room ceiling is so low, it feels like a jail cell. The swimming you see in the picture actually has no water in it. Owner is very commercialize. For USD62 nightly you got a bed. An old fashion box tv, it's controller does not work, some room with bar fridge and microwave. Please remember to bring your own disposable cups and cutleries. Set your expiration very low. Cheers!

This motel styled establishment is small, clean, and super economical. The rooms have recently been redone. Obviously you aren't going to find high-end finishes but everything is neat and clean. We took a cab to the Seneca Hotel from here and it was $20 with tip, not bad! I would stay here again if looking to save money because it was only $55 with tax for a queen sized bed on a week night.

Just a short review is needed for this smaller motel.
Had to fly out of Buffalo and it actually worked to be a better price to spend the night here and pay for parking at the airport instead of doing a combo deal with a hotel close to airport.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the one double bed room. we didint know what to expect but needed a place to crash. to our suprise this room is completely renovated. brand new carpet bathroom tiles all done (no bath just shower) also new toilet and the bed looked new.

I did a thourough investigation of cob webs or bugs as always when going into a new room and there was no evidence of anything. the room even smelled like new.

considering it was small and only a double bed it does indicate that before purchase.

Also the window looked to be new as well.

best part (not sure if its specific to this place) NO DEPOSIT NEEDED...

Just showed reservation got room key and that was it.

I would definitely come back as its also an 8min drive to Seneca casino and less than 30 min to aiport. Great stop and no complaints.

: -)
