We stayed at the Butler house bed and breakfast October 2 thru 4, 2012 and we had a wonderful time there! Everything was so nice and clean and mikes breakfasts were awesome! This property is close to everything you want to see in Niagara. I can't say one bad thng about it, we thought it was awesome and if we ever go back there, we will be calling the Butler House again for reservations!

We recently spent a couple of days at the Butler House. Mike could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The location is great for walking down to the American Falls. On street parking was plentiful. Be aware you have to move your car to one side or the other per the odd or even date of the day you are parking. There is a large street light a couple houses down that is on all night if you want the parking spot lit up at night. The breakfast was great. Mike easily adapted to our request for an early departure on the last day. Also provided were all day snacks and drinks, including cookies and freshly made brownies. We had a really delightful stay.

Historic house, sympathetically adapted for bed and breakfast. Our large room had its own sun room attached which we enjoyed. The host, Mike, was friendly and chatty in the mornings and provided a good breakfast with both fruit and a cooked element. The b&b is within walking distance of the falls. Easy on-road parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, walking distance to American Falls and town. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast home prepared and fresh. Welcoming hosts. Definitely recommend for a relaxing stay. Butler House is also on the pickup route for Grayline tours with a door to door service. For dinner, try Wine on Third - great wine list and excellent food.
