We stayed at the Super 8 over Columbus day weekend, and I have to say it was a great place to stay. We are a family of 4 with 2 younger children. The price was one of the cheapest places to stay, the front desk was helpful at arrival. They gave us coupons for dining, and also had someone there to help with tours. It isn’t to far from the falls, only a 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic. The motel was extremely clean, they offered breakfast, but we chose to eat somewhere else. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. If I were to stay on the American side again, I would go back again

We were visiting family in the Niagara Falls/Lockport area. We walked in off the street and booked the last room available; a non-smoking Jacuzzi suite with two queen beds. It was clean, fairly comfortable, the staff was cordial and they provided a light breakfast. The only thing I found odd is that there were no wall divisions for the closet and the Jacuzzi area; it was just a very large open room. The bathroom was enclosed. This aside, I would recommend it if you are just looking for a clean place to sleep and shower. If you are looking for peace and quiet and all the comforts of home…then stay home.

The Super 8 motel was fine. Nothing fancy, but I didn't spend a lot of time there. Most of my time was spent at the casino and I really only used the room to sleep and shower. Basic room...bed was ok, shower was ok, etc. It was ok.

The free breakfast was what you might expect from a Super 8...muffins, bagels, bread, apple & orange juice, coffee, tea (and some toasters). Not exactly the best breakfast in the world, but enough to get you up and going and maybe hold you until lunch.

Not the best motel in the world, but not the worst. I'd stay there again.

“Super 8 is not the place for even a night stay”

Super 8 motel at Niagara falls is really one the worst experiences I have ever had. Very rude staff and didn't cooperate after being told about the problems I faced. The air conditioning in the room sucked. The TV is supposidly from 1980's and no room service. Good luck if you wanna stay there....Look for something else seriously...

Stayed at this hotel one night during March Break. Room was absolutely immaculate, the person at the front desk who was the district manager was very friendly, courteous and even offered to show us a room before we booked it. The hotel was absolutely spotless, continental breakfast was a nice touch. Price was reasonable and we were very pleased, had also stayed at this paticular hotel in Jan when we came over the border to do some shopping and were just as pleased with that stay as we were with this one. Would recommend this hotel and the customer service it provides in a heart beat
