“DO NOT STAY HERE”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2012

This place is a dump, a dive, a disaster!!!!!! The owners are liars & thieves. I was booked into this shi**hole with the "assistance" of a hotels.com representative. Had I been able to book it myself, I would not have done so.

The room was filty, food on the floor from previous occupants, holes in the walls, ripped carpet. We stayed one nigt b/c it was late and we were tired. My husband is 6ft tall and his feet hung off the bed. When we told the woman at the desk we were checking out early, she said fine. We immediatley called hotels.com to report the status of the room, They assured us that they would not charge any fees for remaining nights, however, the hotel itself did. My husband confronted the desk clerk and she lied to us and then walked out and slammed the door.

Terrible beds where you sink into a hole, noisy A/C unit, towels were more like rags, bathroom door does not open all the way, plug sockets in the wall do not work, cracks in the plaster. The interior was probably new in the 1950s and never updated since. The breakfast area and the breakfast seemed made in 1950 too and the food, you can call it food, was ugggh!
As someone already said, it is not even worth $40 a night, ewwwe! And family owned, yes retired parents, with no idea of how things work, working as chamber maids!

The worst place I have ever experienced, on any continent. Towels, bathroom, carpets and bedding were filthy. Lamp, chair and bathroom door were broken.
There are plenty of places to stay in Niagara Falls/Buffalo, NY - please, do not stay here.

Terrible place to stay, the photographs are misleading, booked online and stayed there on the weekend, was in half a mind to leave and get a room some where else. The place is cost us $146 (inclu of tax), wasn't even worth $40. The front desk staff / management, especially the lady is ill mannered and rude. They have broken bathroom doors, dirty refrigerator and microwave. Light lamps don't funtion properly. TV doesn't work properly, They say they have Wifi, which didn't work at all.

Do not stay here, do not stay here, do not stay here...
Very noisy.
Beds are very uncomfortable. Sleeping is not possible due to AC units sound.
If you can survive until morning do not expect to have a breakfast. There are two tables in the office. A dirty toaster. The margarine is in the plastic container. I guarantee most of you can not have it on your toast. It is extremely salty. If you ask if there are anything else available to have, the answer is: "We are providing whatever is here. If you dont like them You should bring your special needs yourselves"

I noticed a lot of the reviews on here are about a year old. Well I just stayed at this place from June 30th-July 2nd and I have mix reviews. I would say if you are looking for something cheap (you get what you pay for) and just convenient, then stay here. But there are probably lots of other places that are better. They say that the place has been newly renovated (just the rooms) but when we walked into our room, parts of the ceiling were stil falling down and there was a big wet spot on the carpet. Room was convenient tho- Desk, Mirror, table with chair, two beds, and bathroom. The shower made a lot of noise when turned on. And our toilet paper holder was broke. But other than that is was a comfy stay. The place itself looks a little on the "run down" side. And there were mattresses which Im guessing were no longer being used left out on the porch which left us going WTF? They should def invest in its look! But the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We did use the free shuttle pass they provided to go to the Seneca Casino, and the free wii fi was awesome, but we did not stay for the free breakfast in the morning. It was too small and Im sure we didnt miss anything. Plus there was a Dunkin Donuts next door :) Oh yes and the Mexican place nearby was just 20 feet away and not bad.
