“Very nice suite”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 26, 2014

Stayed here for a week and was pleasently surprised when I was upgraded from a queen to a king with jacuzzi and balcony. The rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. The location was a little far from what I pictured but they offer a free shuttle service that is excellent. The pool was such a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing

We stayed at this hotel because we had a Groupon package. The extras definitely made it worth it but I don't think I would stay without them. The lobby is nice but the rooms are VERY DATED and need repairs. The elevators were very slow too. When we arrived there was an odor in the room but once we turned on the air conditioner and went out for dinner and came back it was gone. We did use a Groupon coupon at the IHOP located on the property. You have to expect everything to me more expensive near the Falls but other than that it was excellent. The location is good - we walked to the Falls and the Casino easily.

I stayed in the Hotel for one day in May 2013. The location is near the university and is excellent . Hotel is very good with clean rooms. Breakfast was better than other hotels I had visited .It is also close to the Falls.

I bought this hotel off of Travelocity for a dicounted rate, which I thought was great, upon check-in they didnt have my reservation and they were going to charge me double the price. I told them I had already paid for the room, they "understood" and said I would only be charged parking on my card that was provided.

Two days later I have a charge from Ramada and Travelocity, amazing - I called and let them know of the double charge, they said they would change it immediately and send me a receipt. I have received niether.

Amazing.

Price is very good..Well taken into account its winter. One big negative is wall seem to be paper thin. You could hear everything going on outside of your room but otherwise, clean and its good location and the price makes it a worthwhile conideration

Room Tip: If its safe and clean and price good you are 90% there

This hotel is not very expensive but for the money is worted.
It is a aprox. 10-15 minutes walking from the Niagara Falls and from the main events
there. Bed is fine, the cleaning staff neads to be more happy to do there job more faster and whenever it is usefull, not to be reminded to provide same .

Stayed for MDW sat-mon. Paid $250. This hotel is walking distance to all the sites including the falls, skylon tower and the ferris wheel location where you will find a lot of things to do such as mini-golfing & wax museums etc... Parking is $12 which is not a lot considering its a hotel and you have to pay for parking everywhere in Niagara falls area. Rooms were nice and clean. Not bad for what you pay.
