“Wifi is no good”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 10, 2014

The only great thing about this hotel was the location!! Well the staff was very friendly. The rooms are a bit small for the price. The wifi is horrible. We couldn't even get a connection at all!! On the other hand, the falls is a beautiful place to go see!!

We needed a place to stay for the night that would allow us to bring our cat that we were traveling with as well as in close proximity to the falls. It doesn't get any better than this Quality Inn! A mere five minute walk from the Maid of the Mist ticket center, this hotel couldn't have been better. We checked in around 2 am and the front desk staff couldn't have been sweeter. The fact that there was a restaurant in the hotel was great for grabbing a quick meal before getting back on the road. I would definitely stay here again if I were here for the weekend!

I have to agree with many of these reviews...the staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is so convenient to the Falls. The hotel, though is old and not really well-kept. The room was not filthy, but not as clean as I like (a hair in the coffee maker...ew!) and the shower smelled of mildew. We were "upgraded" to a whirlpool suite, due to overbooking. The whirlpool did not work (a button was completely missing, and the dial that should have worked had the button been there fell off in our hands). This isn't meant to be a complaint - we got what we paid for. But had we paid for a whirlpool in our room, we'd have been very dissatisfied. The staff was so great that I want to give them five stars, but the hotel itself just doesn't warrant that.

We stayed here for one night on our honeymoon. On arrival, the hotel couldn't find our booking despite us having printed confirmation. it took 10 minutes to sort but to their credit they did resolve this by giving us a slightly upgraded room. The staff were really friendly too. The location of the hotel is perfect, a 5 minute walk from the falls! The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The only disappointing part was despite Niagara been the Honeymoon capital of the world, the hotel don't offer anything to recognise honeymoon couples which I feel would be nice for them to do. The hotel offer free hot drinks 24/7.

This hotel is not kept up well. The pool could be cleaner it was very cloudy. The only thing good about this hotel is the friendly staff and walking distance to the Niagara Falls State Park. DO NOT EAT at the hotel restaurant. It was terrible! My family was in the bathroom all night.

It's hard to park a car. It has valet parking though. It's full of people. I guess that it was not easy to find a hotel in Niagara Falls area and this hotel was packed. Finally, we checked in and we found out that our bathroom was not cleaned. It had horrible smell and we could see clearly the toilet was not cleaned. Oh one more thing, the door has no lock. The staffs are friendly. When we called for service, the staffs were so friendly and kept on apologizing. I was disappointed to this hotel overall. It's not a good experience at all. Seriously, this hotel needs to be renovated or the owners need to do something with the update the rooms, at least.

The location of this hotel is awesome, walking distance to falls, casino and many other activities. The price was good for the location. I have to admit I was a bit worried about the room by the appearance of the elevator and hallways. I was pleasantly surprise our room was alright. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and very nice. We may stay again on our return trip home. Cleanliness got a lower rating only because of the 2 above mentioned things.
