One of the elevators wasn't working, parking lot full - had valet parking but that was not shared until I asked where I should part, could hear a mechanical / heating noise all night, toilet seat was permanently stained, was not given a receipt when leaving (forgot to ask) which caused me problems when entering back in Canada. Was here for a hockey tournament and would never stay here again. Beds were comfortable and front desk was friendly.

Disappointed to learn how much the prices were hiked because of a tournament booking. Beds were comfortable but the bathroom was small and somewhat run down. No breakfast included and no coffee/tea in the room (it's in the lobby). The elevator smelled of diesel fuel and the smoke from the "smoker's lounge" right in front of the elevators didn't help the air quality. Our group paid for an extra room to use as a hospitality suite and we were disappointed to see it had been cleaned out earlier than checkout time so all the food we kept in the fridge was thrown away without our consent. Although no one was using the room to sleep, we still paid for it and expected to have full access until checkout time. The staff response to our concern was simply indifference. Parking was limited but there was access to valet parking and another lot down the street. Location was excellent - walk to the Falls, some restaurants, casino, etc. The area was pretty dead at this time of year but would be an ideal location for touristy stuff during high season. The new Culinary Institute across the street is a worthwhile visit.

Stayed for a hockey tournament US Thanksgiving. Washing my face and the light above burst! Maintenace came to clean up but the front desk staff didn't check in to see if everything was okay. Checked into another room that night and early next morning(6:30am) go to take a shower, its cold and the water pressure was very poor. When I reported the incident the front desk girl was very rude! Would not ever stay there again or recommend to anyone else!!

Room Tip: Don't stay here!

We stayed at the hotel as a quick get away. The walls are thin as we could hear the TV on both sides. We found the cost expensive for off season at $89/night for two people and they added $10 for a third. The bathrooms is small. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent Location when visiting the Falls.

We got a good price because it's the off season but the hotel was full and quite noisy due to thin walls or minimal insulation.

Both parking lots were full but they told us they would valet park. When I returned in the evening, we had trouble pulling into the drop-off cut out on the road because others had left their vehicles such that they were taking up more room than needed and there was no hotel staff managing the situation. One driver was still with his vehicle and we got him to move enough that we could get the car out of the flow of traffic. When I went in and asked for valet park, they initially told me "that's over" indicating they weren't doing any more valet parking that night. Obviously that was unacceptable, so I pushed and they agreed to take care of it. They took our keys and gave us a valet slip. When we came out in the morning, the car was still on the road, in the drop-off area exactly where we had left it, so I presume it stayed there all night.

The rooms were ok, about what you'd expect in a low-end hotel. I would only stay here again if cost was a concern and it's all that was available.

Stayed here for 2 nights Sept 30 and )ct 1, 2012. Checkin was confusing as the girl could not find my reservation even with my copy of confirmation. Also, when we called down to front desk, the girl said that the safe is included in price of room, but at checkout there was a $1.50 charge for the safe, front desk was not to receptive when we brought this up the next morning. Other than that, hotel and room was clean, and within walking distance of Seneca Casino, but do not know if I would want to walk around after dark.
