Close to the American Falls. Very clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice large flat screen TV. A fridge, microwave and safe! Really enjoyed our stay here.

We drove in from south NY. Took us eight hours and we arrived a couple of hours earlier than the check-in at 3pm. The lady at the front desk went to check if any rooms were available and indeed there were, so they let us check in early.
The motel looks really cute from the outside, it has a very nice light brick facade and blue doors. The room was very nice. It had hard wood floors and two full beds. The bathroom was clean. The flat tv was a nice touch. The whole room looked light and crisp and it was a pleasure to stay in. The beds are memory foam and very comfy.
The walk to the rainbow bridge is five minutes and a little further to the falls attractions. The motel is located on the outskirts but close to everything and that is important.
The breakfast is served in the store from 7 until about 10, but that was too early for us, so we didn't take advantage.
When we left, i realized about four hour drive later that i left my diamond ring in the bathroom. Called the front desk and they went to look in the room. Thank god they found it. Told me to send a self addressed envelope and they will promptly send it out. I was so happy they were so honest.
Overall, it's a really nice place and I would def stay there again on my next trip to Niagara Falls. It doesn't have a pool, but for all the stuff we were doing for the two days we were there, there really wasn't a lot of time to go in to any pools.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It was great.

Stayed for 2 nights. It is located within walking distance of Rainbow Bridge. The outside looks unwelcoming, but the room and bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet (in this respect, my experience differed from other reviews). Room amenities include coffee maker, fridge, microwave, safe. There is an interesting label on the safe that reads "A nominal charge per day is added to your account for this valuable convenience. Upon request, this charge can be removed at check out". I didn't use the safe (mine wasn't working), but if you do and object to being nickel-and-dimed, don't forget to ask to have this "convenience charge" removed. If you leave your bags in storage after checking out, don't count on using the restroom when you pick them up - there is no public restroom in the lobby. Overall overpriced for the quality and location.

Pulling into this place brings to mind an old pop tune, "oh Lord, I'm stuck in Lodi again" It reminds me of a hundred places I stayed when I first went on the road on my own money.

First: It is NOT a bad place. The rooms are OK. Clean, new enough, looked after.
But: The fare knocked the sox off of $200.
So: Why is that?
A. It's close to downtown Niagra Falls.
B. See A.
We went to the NY State Park to see the falls. Thank you, New York. We drove there.
They've reall done a fine job. I was there many times years ago when it wasn't so nice.
You won't walk from the Rodeway.

So: For families, I would siggest places in Tonawanda, Lewiston, and thereabouts. Drive to the park, pay the ten bucks and be just dazzled by this spectacular show of nature.

For the otherwise inclined, the Rodeway is about 2-1/2 blocks from the Hardrock Cafe. Niagra falls is a tough tourist town.Pick the face that suits you best

I stayed here in May 2011 with my family. From outside building looks like any other average building but from inside rooms are very well maintained and in neat and clean condition. There is a pub nearby and live music at night made it bit noisy. But overall stay was nice, it is very close to Niagara Falls Visitor center so you can walk to it if you want to.

staff was helpful and room was large and ckean but felt it was overpriced for the location. About a half mile from falls. Next time would stay further away for less and pay $10.00 to park at falls

We stayed here from 6/27/11 to 6/29/11 room 18. Upon arriving I was expecting the worst based on some other reviews, but my first reaction was "this is not too bad, I have certainly seen worse." The lady that checked us in (Jewel) was nice and very helpful. Our room was on the second floor and offered a nice nightly view of Canada all lit up! The bed had a super comfortable memory foam mattress and the microwave and refrigerator looked brand new and was perfect for a two night stay. The young gentleman that was working on the eve of 6/28 (didn't get his name) was extremely nice and very informative. If your looking for an Inn that looks like the Ritz, this is not it. If you're looking for comfort and cleanliness within walking distance of the falls, this is the place to stay. I would certainly stay there again!

Room Tip: Room 18 was great!
