“Worst stay of my life”

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The front desk person was shabbily dressed. The owner was drunk. The rooms were filthy and the floor was dirty. The TV did not have a remote.
There was nothing like customer service in that hotel.

I feel that even if you do not get any hotel in that area and this is the only hotel that has an available room, do not stay in this hotel. The hotel will spoil your holiday and the visit to Niagara.

“Nauseating, filthy and disgusting”

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. The room was dirty, with broken furniture. The bathroom appeared to have been under construction. The floor was filthy, there were rusty nails on the floor, and the tub was filled with construction debris and was unusable. The walls were dirty, and splattered with some substance. Lampshades, which were covered with plastic, were dirty and splattered as well.
