It's a holiday inn, not a fancy chain. Per night rate is reasonable. Free parking. It's easy to locate right on a busy street. The followings made negative impression during our stay:
- very loud a/c unit, had to turn iu
T down at night
- wall is very thin, can hear everything happened next door, didn't sleep the whole night.
- stop serving breakfast at 9:30am, wife and kids were just couple of minutes late, the kitchen staff took away the service trays and locked down the fridge in front of our eyes.
- the hotel is located on the safe blvd, but to reach the hotel, we had to drive through an area looked " run down", which was not fun at night.

This was a very good place to stay. The staff was very good the hotel was clean. If you are going to niagra falls new york stay at this hotel

STINKY STINKY!!!!!!Smells like urine,walls are paper thin, mattress 40 yrs old , I thought a spring was going to attack us, very noisy bed,could hear people clearly in the hall, staff not friendly. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY ON THE CANADIAN SIDE!!!!!! OH YA AND IT ALSO COMES WITH A STAINED COMFORTER

Made reservation directly with front desk of hotel, prepaid including pet fee. Upon arrival the front desk first said they didn't have out reservation. WHen presented with the confirmation #, the reservation was found. A different rate was quoted and then additional monies requested for the pet fee. I presented the email stating exactly was was paid, etc. management said it didn't include tax - something the email clearly indicated was included. As this was the end of a very long, hot (95 degrees) day, I was not going to argue right then - just wanted a place to rest and cool off. Really didn't have a choice.
After the stay and 4 unreturned calls to the hotel manager and 3 conversations with the owning corporation I'm still out the additional $45.

Very clean,nearly new holiday inn. well appointed with lounge,pool [in] and exercise room. Outside of town,but close to both Buffalo and Niagara Falls. As stated in title page, some not all staff needs to learn hospitality. Your guests are your lifeblood and should be treated as such. Paying customers must be catered to so they will continue to be your customers. There are many other hotel/motel choices in the area, and the staff must realize that proper customer relations keep guests true to your brand.

My family and I checked in at the Holiday Inn Express in Niagara Falls around 8pm. At around 10pm after swimming we decided to turn in for the night. My daughter and I climbed into one of the beds and noticed it was wet and smelled of urine. The Manager didn't have a place to put us for the night as they were fully booked and flipped the mattress over and changed the sheets. They next day they upgraded us to a different room, but that's all they did. The owner said they would take $25 off the previous night's bill. We felt that was insufficient, so we went to corporate. The owner then said they would charge us only 50%. Really?!?!? If the hotel was fully booked that night and had nowhere for us to go couldn't they have sucked it up and given us that one night free of charge? If I gave the owner $25 or $100 would they sleep in someone's urine soaked bed??
Not sure what happened to the other mattress, if they bought a new one or if they left the same present for someone else who is none the wiser???

We had reserved 2 rooms for the night on July 17th. One for my husband and me, one for our adult daughter and our 4 yr old granddaughter. We checked in around 2:30, dropped our baggage and went to the Falls. Upon returning, we quickly changed into our bathing suits and swam for about one hour. After a full day we all pretty much fall into bed. The next morning while we were getting ready to leave, my daughter looked at what she had slept in. The linens were filthy. She called the front desk; a man from housekeeping came right up and took the bedding. When checking out, I requested some form of restitution for our daughter’s room. That is when the fireworks started. The owner/manager told us she knew people like us and that we played games and that she would play her own game. From there she informed us that we were liars. My daughter had told this nasty woman that there was no need for speaking to us in that manner. The owner/manager then raised her voice told us we needed to leave immediately or she would call the police. My daughter was already on the phone with Corp and preceded with the while we stepped outside and proceeded with the call. These hotels are franchises and we found that in our case it ends up that Corp. will back up the owner/manager. Needless to say, I will dispute this problem with my credit card company but I am not hopeful that this will be resolved any time soon. My advice to all, find someplace else to stay. This is not how any one should be treated. We have traveled the world and have never been treated as badly as we were treated in our home country. We will NEVER patronize another Holiday Inn Express or Holiday Inn.
