Where do I start? Well, the front desk people are VERY friendly and helpful. They will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is better than most.

The rooms are very nicely appointed with newer TV, phone and even WIRELESS INTERNET!!!! The beds? They are NEW and comfortable as all get out!! Make sure you set the alarm because you won't want to get out of these pillowtops for ANYTHING!!! The pillows are even new!!

The shower has an adjustable head that will do everything to relieve the muscle aches and pains from travel that a professional masseuse could ever hope to do! The bathroom isn't any larger than a normal hotel bathroom, but it isn't anywhere near as crowded. There is actually room to move around and towel off in there!

In the bathroom is a hairdryer and also a coffee maker. The coffee is good, but the Java in the breakfast nook is wayyyyy better.

The breakfast nook has cereal, fruit, pastries, coffee, juice and HUGE waffles! AWESOME!!!!

They even have a business center where you can go to do any computer work that you can't do in your room. WOW!!

The pool looked nice. I didn't use it because, well, nobody wants to see this in a swimsuit. But lots of others were using it and were having fun!

Don't forget that while you are there to visit V-Force Customs which is just down the road! Say hello to Vinnie and Cody, formerly of the American Chopper TV show and see what new creations they are building.

My son had a travel hockey game at West Point, NY. Spent the night at the Comfort Inn. The beds felt brand new and the room was clean. Front desk person was extremely cordial and helpful with directions to restaurant and West Point. Great restaurant recommendation (Cosimos). I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the area.

This hotel has no idea what they are doing at all. I just got home on Sunday from our stay, had reservations, which I confirmed two times, always want to make sure all is right. I made sure it was a non smoking room and confirmed the rate. When we arrived, I was told my request for a non smoking room was not put on the reservation, since I confirmed it directley with the hotel twice shows the complete lack of customer relations. Now for the real the kicker, I was charged three times for a one night stay, each for a different amout of money, how the heck does that happen. I noticed when I checked out that they charged me way more then the confirmed reservation rate, so they charged me again and again, then finally issued a credit, in the mean time my other two checks bounced due to there carless errors. Have two NSF fees from the bank and two from my creditors, all in all, it definatly goes over the rate I paid for a one night hotel. I am going to take this up further and have them reimburse me for this. I will NEVER go back, beware, room not clean, smelled like something was burning the entire night!!!. heat did not work. What a Mess they are. Advise you not to go unless you want big problems. The only thing they were helpfull with was directions.

This hotel does not honor room preferences! I booked a three night "non-smoking room" at this hotel in an area that was booked solid for a weekend event. I was given a "smoking room" and told I had booked smoking room. Even after presenting the receptionist with my reservation, I was told they had nothing else available. My husband and I both had burning lungs within minutes of entering this room. I again went to the front desk and after almost breaking into tears, she "found" a non smoking room but I would have to move the next night. For our trouble, she gave us the "royal suite" for the next two nights. She proceeded to tell me to buy bubble bath for the jacuzzi. We returned the next day and were insulted to learn that a different receptionist would not honor the promised "suite" inspite of the written contract given to me by the previous staffer. He did however provide a nonsmoking room.
