An institution for decades, this old Asian fusion stalwart is solid and reliable.
with a wide range of small plates, mains and sushi, Yobo has something for everyone. A small but decent sake and Asian beer selection rounds out the experience. the eager and helpful staff is attentive and on point.
The ambiance is not what you would expect in the unassuming location. Once inside there is a small man made stream of water flowing through the dining area. traditional Asian artwork and wood abound along with a soothing background soundtrack.
the dim sum is excellent and the sushi is fresh. there are some very nice dishes including the Korean BBQ plate which is very good. house made Kimchi is a MUST TRY. Drinks are "stiff" so be careful.
The Clincher on the deal are reasonable prices for high quality area food and service.
Check this place out if you have the opportunity. i think you will be pleased.
PS. best enjoyed in a small group.
