We have been enjoying Rock & Rye for the past year now. It's a wonderful spot in any season. This past week we sat with friends in front of the wood burning fire, while slurping some ridiculously amazing Harney and sons house-infused bourbon with our oysters. We continued to munch through probably the best brisket I've ever had (as an app!) with roasted root veg and a grilled fig and blue cheese arugula salad. There were also huge burgers and ham mac and cheese in this dining equation. It was simply perfect on a chilly fall evening. Over the summer we were privy to a live band and BBQ experience on their outside pavilion (which is perfect for events BTW!) The old and charming building in which the restaurant is housed, boasts haunted bathrooms as if the naturally historical atmosphere isn't fun enough! I can't wait to see what other delicacies winter brings and what other heart warming cocktails they can come up with!
