“A Special Treat”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2014

Lynnie Lou's is a real treat for ice cream lovers, A bright spot decorated with beautiful flowers outside, there are picnic tables to sit around and enjoy your favorite flavor and people watch. Many flavors to choose from and a nice creamy consistency makes this ice cream spot definitely worth the stop if you'd like to try the homemade variety rather than the usual commercial types you find all around. And bicycles to ride, for free, if you want to work off those calories! I'll certainly make this spot a definite to return to on my visits to Naples.

“Custard Isn't Custardy; Cash Only”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2014

The title says it all. The custard is merely so-so. Not much flavor or mouthfeel.

The whole "cash only" thing is stupid. This is the second decade of the 21st century. Get with it already. Yeah, yeah, credit card fees will bit into your profits, but at over three bucks for a kiddie cone, you can handle it.

Came here once. Saw no need to come back.

The best ice cream you will be able to find in Naples and surrounding towns. Extremely clean and very well managed by the owners. Can't wait for the new 2014 season !!

“Tasty treat any time, especially like the evening hours!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 21, 2014

I love to stop in here every once and a while for a treat. My favorite is good old chocolate and vanilla twist in a cone, very creamy and delicious. I usually get a kid size cone as this is less expensive and a good portion size. I really love to stop in here once and a while on Thursday night after a meeting at the Kingdom Hall just up the road, we just have to make sure to get down there before 10 that can be a challenge :-) it is fun to sit with friends and enjoy the warm night air while cooling off with a cone or shake… I also have heard from friends that they offer doggy sundays for the four leged companions :-D

Hello and thank you for stopping at Lynnie Lou's! We especially love to see returning faces...and our kiddie custard twist is an all time favorite for most! There is just something about the evening summer air and Ice Cream that just goes together. If you are ever running late from church, please give us a call! we have served plenty of customers at the stroke of the hour! :) Please do bring in your four-legged companion for our doggie sundae...complete with bacon sprinkles! They will love it! We hope to see you soon!

“Worth a stop!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

This place has real homemade ice cream (this is what I always prefer vs. places selling commercial type ice cream sold everywhere). They have quite a few original flavors such as grape, which I loved. The place is small with only a couple of tables inside, 4 or 5 outside. Very clean. Nice decor. Plenty of parking. Certainly worth a visit if you are in Naples area!

Thank you for stopping at Lynnie Lou's Homemade Ice Cream! We appreciate your thoughts, pointing out the difference between homemade ice cream made fresh weekly and other brands that are shipped across the country in freezer trucks!!! There is such a difference! You just can't beat the creamy, fresh taste of our flavors! We appreciate your review and hope to see you during the upcoming season!
