“Friendly atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2013

Having heard the radio ads for this restaurant we decided to try it even though it was farther away than we usually go for dinner. The staff is very friendly and the owner Hank stopped by to see how everything was. We had the burgers that were large and delicious. Pub like atmosphere is very nice. All in all a great find.

“Delicious Comfort Food!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 21, 2013 via mobile

So one the menu that is up on trip advisor is wrong. The actual menu at Brick Cafe is great. Really yummy food. My boyfriend got the steak tidbits which were fantastic! They gave you way more than normal places. I got the special of pot roast. It tasted great with their gravy. The egg noodles were cooked aldente, I prefer over cooked noodles. The pot roast was a bit dry but the gravy solved that. Overall a good experience. Even our waitress was super friendly and genuine.

“service with a smile”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2013

great place to eat even though one does not live near but it is worth a trip at least once a month. Great food, value too. Great specials daily always have service with a smile and never rushed which I love. I always hate when you are being pushed out but not here.

“Great restaurant and value for your money..”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2013

So Hank has owned this place forever and the food, service and value for the money cannot be beat. I always order the Steak Tidbets and have never been disappointed. They always have great specials and very friendly staff.

“Local favorite”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2013

Have you ever wanted to go to a place that everyone in the neighborhood goes to? It's like Cheers but with a great bar and good food, too? I love Hank Meyers' commercials on the local radio stations because he is true to himself and true to his clientele. In a corner of North Lynbrook on the Malverne border you will find your go to place when you want a full dinner at an affordable price.
