The stay here was pleasant, clean rooms, staff was friendly.

Breakfast was poor, very basic, only had 4 options really.

No bar at the hotel or restuarant.

The best thing I guess would be the fact that it's 2 minute walk from the subway- line F which goes straight to Manhattan.

The area itself is okay, wouldn't recommend being outside late around there.

There is an absolutely amazing diner down the road, called bel air- taxi from hotel should be around $10.

The room had no tissue and took more than 30 minutes to get some from the hotel, long waiting time to check in, an average of 2 hours with no one caring enough to explain the delay. We had a family room which was quite clean. There was too much traffic within the hotel, very uncomfortable as a result. Breakfast was a battle as we delayed for 2 minutes to get into the dining, dining staff were rude, and locked the fridges with yoghurt right in our faces, took off the bread and fruits (in a normal situation, i would expect them to let us access these and not sit in the dining as WE ARE PAYING FOR THE SERVICE AND THE FOOD). This hotel is set in a noisy environment, and has no parking spaces for residents. Need to tread carefully around, lots of moving traffic

Room Tip: Family room requires longer waiting time for check in, and without explanation

Average at best, very noisy from the street and paper thin walls for the others rooms, not enough room for breakfast (very bland food), but clean and very close to NYC. Won't go back, there is much better for the same price.

Upon arrival, I was able to find a parking spot. I did consider myself lucky, there are very few parking spots provided by the hotel (maybe 8). This would be my one and only complaint about the hotel and my stay. Very close to the subway station. Great staff, breakfast was good and hotel was in good shape and clean. I went as a single mom with 3 girls and never felt unsafe either walking around the hotel or to the subway.

My wife and I have accent. But, we have lived in the U.S. for years. The guy at the front desk thought we are like regular internationals. My wife found that he took extra $10 from our credit card 3 days after we left the hotel. We called back and asked why, the hotel said we checked out late (1pm). He was absolutely lying and cheating. My wife and I checked out before 11 am. We were in another city having lunch at 1 pm. How come we checked out at 1 pm?

Be careful! There are lots of internationals in this hotel. They just stayed in the U.S. for a couple of days. I have a feeling that the hotel will take extra money from their credit cards without telling them. Those internationals don't speak good English. So, they are are incompetent in arguing with the hotel and cannot get the money back. Although the breakfast in this hotel is really good, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to non-native speakers. Please find another honest one to stay!

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, free breakfast. If we asked for something, we got it right away. We had a pretty decent view of the Queensborough Bridge from our room.
It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room and our heater didn't seem to want to work at night no matter how high we set it.
One annoyance was that the security alarm for the storage warehouse across the street kept going off - but, of course, that was not the hotel's fault. It must happen a lot, too, since we never saw a cop respond to it.
Suggestion: do not use the hotel's car service - take a taxi.

Room Tip: Get a room in back so you will be away from the storage company's alarm. You'll still hear...

It's a perfect hotel to stay with easy access to Manhattan and other points of interest in NYC.. The location was a great meeting place for the family. The staff ensured we were aware of the various services available at the hotel. It was a great stay.
