No parking place for your car, average amenities and mechanical answers to your questions. Great location though. They insisted on keeping a copy of my driving license which to me is a violation of privacy. Check it by all means for verifying a person's credentials or for security purposes but keeping a copy of it is uncalled for. Did not get adjacent rooms (our 2nd room was 2 floors above) inspite of booking in advance and specifying it too. Average at best.

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel for a week in December with my spouse. I really enjoyed my trip in New York.

Hotel was GREAT! Location is excellent for travelers (and for everyone, in fact). Only a few hundred meters to the subway and 10-15 minutes to Manhattan. I highly recommend the MetroCard. It's only 29 $/week and you can use it unlimitedly. Very handy!

The area near the hotel is okay: apartment buildings and a few shops (e.g. Subway and a little grocery shop, where you can buy beverages, stamps, bread rolls, candy...). Traffic can be a bit noisy at night, but I didn't mind.

Hotel is nice and clean. Some guests next door very quite the party animals and were noisy. (=Walls are thin. Get earplugs if you can't handle noise.)

Breakfast was decent: toast, bagels, cereal, donuts, apples, bananas, coffee, tea, yogurt etc. I liked it! Breakfast area can get crowded around 8-10 a.m. so if you want a place to sit while eating, come early!

If you are looking for a good hotel near everything, book this one! :)

stayed in Best Western Plaza over the Christmas period and found the hotel a good alternative to more expensive Manhattan hotels. Location is great, a block away from metro station and 3stops takes you to Central Park, 4 stops to Rockefeller Center.
The hotel itself wasn't of great quality, but the room was pretty good, good size, clean and comfortable.
Staff at reception was helpful, had no problem changing a room, when had issue with the first one.
Two let downs of this hotel is breakfast and WiFi.
The breakfast place is very small, only have about 10 tables for a hotel of 10 floors, so you will have to wait when hotel is busy.
The selection is not too varied, only have pastries, doughnuts, pancake and a scrambled eggs, but no cheese or a bit of cold meat.
You get the code for WiFi at checkin, but the network is full quite often, leaving you without connection.
Overall you get what you paying for, nothing fancy, but convenient stay close to the action.
Oh and if you lucky, you got a view to Manhattan from the room.

Room Tip: stay away from rooms next to ice cube machine, those machines are pretty noisy

Nice clean hotel, comfortable bed and large room. Great location for getting into Mahattan but because of proximity to the train line, it was difficult to sleep. Providing ear plugs to guests would be a very good idea

Needs improvement in availability of parking spaces. Location for hotel and its entrance should be more clear and prominent. Staff was very hardworking and helpful. Breakfast was good. Decoration of lobby area was excellent.

Stayed there for one night. It is undoubtedly a Best Western, nothing more. Satisfactorily clean, free internet, the cable tv is not so great. Free continental breakfast (we did not use that perk). Staff is average. Nothing to do around the hotel, though. No restaurants (besides your Subway, which, btw, was awful), nothing to see or do. But it served its purpose.
