First, the only reason we give a rating of 2 is that the hotel is clean. That is, sadly, the only good thing about this hotel, together with the location. At reservation we asked for an extra bed in our room, since two double beds are just not enough for 3 adults and 2 children. At check-in we heard they were going to arrange this, when we checked two hours later the lady told us very rudely, while on the phone, no extra beds EXISTED in this hotel. Strange, if your colleague promised this two hours earlier. Then she was not able to help us at all, all she could say was that the request was just a request and she was not obliged to honour it. The only option she had was 3 blankets we could place on the floor to sleep on. When asked to speak to her manager, we were told that he was not available at that time and she was the manager at that time, also a bit strange at 4 pm. So we had to deal with this problem until next morning, then we could ask again. The same guy was going to look into it then, the bed would be placed in our room during cleaning, bottom line: No bed.
The second problem is the breakfast at this hotel. It is literally a food fight. Not fighting WITH food, but fighting FOR your food. The lobby is just not built to seat this amount of people. People had to eat standing, which is not normal. The food itself was also fairly limited, just one toaster for the regular toast, also a problem, and sausages with tasteless eggs. Problem 3: By 9 am the containers were empty, while breakfast was served until 10, strange...
To summ it up in short: The location is good, just 5 minutes from the Subway station, though in a bad area. Rooms are clean, VERY crowded breakfast area with limited food and extremely rude staff, that does not even stop texting or calling privately to help their guests. Elevators are also too small and slow for the amount of people, 10 minutes wait to get up to your room after breakfast. Do not make promises you can't keep
