I stayed overnight at this hotel and enjoyed my stay. The staff was pleasant and pictures online are accuarate. The hotel lobby/lounge/bar area looks bigger in the picture than it actually is but clean. I saw a review where someone complained of cracks in the floor and this is true but I was looking for them. The few cracks are small in comparison if reviewing the hotel as a whole. The hotel room floor hallway rugs either need a good shampooing or new rugs all together (no smells in hallway, just well traveled rugs) BUT when I entered MY room (512) that all went out of the window. The room was very NICE and clean and just as it is pictured online. I am a New Yorker and the view from my room of the city Skyline was AMAZING!! YES, the hotel is located in somewhat of an industrial/vacant area and there are eye sores. THIS DOES NOTHING TO THE AMAZING VIEW. Its like a DOT. You can stay in MANHATTAN and skip the couple of eye sores for about an extra $200-300 a night, be my guest. Manhattan is just across the bridge. I will suggest and recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family. In fact, I already did. I would go again.

Room Tip: Get a room with the balcony!!

Avoid at all cost! Terrible location, too frightfull to leave your room. Rooftop dancing to extremely loud music that shakes the entire building until 3 a.m. most nights. The views are of industrial smokestacks and sleazy factories. Bathrooms need major work. Housekeeping needs a new manager. Bottom line: it is a disaster.

spectacular view with big rooms and large bathroom. The room we stayed in was very modern and clean. We all slept very soundly and were well pleased with the quality of the amenities. Free parking in a secure lot and easy access to the city. Shuttle service to subway station and you can be in Times Square in just a few minutes. Excellent value for New York city area.

Yes the view of Manhattan is great but I've stayed at better hotels and I'm sure NY has better hotels at about the same price. The Penthouse room was not as extravagant as I thought it would have been and the toilet had a slight urine smell. The minibar counter and basket with the snacks were all dusty. The rooftop restaurant service was mediocre. It was my husband's b/d and I told them this when I booked the reservation so they could put a candle on whatever desert he ordered.Apparently the hostess never conveyed this to the waiter to our desert arrived w/o the candle.Apart from that the service was SLOW. It took them about 15 mins b4 they came to take our order!

We arrived early in the day and were upgraded to the 4th floor which provided the best view without the additional noise from the night club which is above the 5th floor. Our view of manhattan was excellent. The subway station is around a 15 minute walk, however the hotel has a free shuttle that works out pretty well. Very happy with our stay.

This place was a nice hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. They offer a shuttle to subway. We did have some problems with the shower leaking water on floor. It was not a huge issue. That was the only issue we had other than calling for towels and never getting them brought to the room. We would stay here again. The room had a great view!

We were originally suppose to go to Canda but something came up and we were able to book this hotel at the last minute to celebrate out 2nd year anniversary. We were able to get the suite. It was a very chill, realxing but really hip hotel. We invited our friends out to come and celebrate with us. We ended up at there rooftop restaurant which we really enjoyed alot. The sweet thai wings were really good... Overall it was a nice stay, the room was really nice. A quick spot not too far from home.
