“consistantly excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2012

this restaurant is as perfect a choice as you can make - the place itself is attractive whether you are dressed up or casual. I have eaten here too many times to count, and the food is always really good. the drinks are really good. the service is always really good. and even though I am lucky to have it as a neighborhood place, others who have joined us often request it- but be advised you will need reservations for larger tables especially on weekends.

“Classy, Warm and Worthy of Your Patronage!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 28, 2012

I recently had lunch and was once again pleased with the overall value of this restaurant. The chicken club was my selection and the sandwhich was excellent. Feel free to substitute a vegetable for the fries, just reemeber to ask. I find the service to be extremely attentive and the lunch attendance is rarely excessive, allowing for a buisness dicussion without shouting. From the looks of the meal my colleague enjoyed, I will try the crabcakes next time!

“Brass Rail has something for everone”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2012

The Brass Rail has a wonderful burger. It also has classic entres, such as fish or steak, and sandwiches too. The place is packed on weekends. Billed as a gastropub, the chef is CIA trained Kent Monkan, who formerly ran "Heirloom" a gourmet restaurant which we also liked a lot, in the same spot. The prices came down for the Brass Rail, and the number of customers increased quite a bit. We like sitting at the bar with dinner and drinks. Otherwise make a reservation
