I've been following chef Richard Broussard around the Lake Placid area for 20 years, and he's now where the Old Carribean Cowboy used to be. His food is both incredibly creative and very tasty. When you call for a reservation ask for one of the five 4-person booths that are close to the open kitchen so you can watch him cook and also meet him when he's passing by from time to time. You can also trust Richard's choice of wines to go perfectly with his food.
