“Great place for ice cream”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2014

Stopped in with the family this past weekend for some ice cream while walking through town. This is exactly the type of place you are looking for when visiting a town like Lake Placid. A local place with a great dessert menu, reasonable prices and great ice cream. You don't want to miss this place.

“Do Not Leave Lake Placid Without Stopping by Emma's!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2014

You really must try their signature "Maple Creme" soft serve ice cream. It's really delicious, or indulge in the Whoopie Pie Sundae. You'll be glad you did; we were! The staff was super friendly and it's a quaint and charming local place.
