The main building is nice and recently renovated. Lobby area excellent for meeting friends etc.,rooms were good size and clean and easily accessed from 2 levels of parking. Hotel is very pet friendly. You need to be careful when you book to know what you are getting.Part of the complex is an old Holiday Inn across the street which is not nearly as upscale or new.
I think the staff here is what makes this place. Todd at the front desk has all the answers and was very helpful in getting birthday party supplies etc. And the room cleaners were accomodating while I was decorating. Everyone here from check in to check out was very pleasent and helpful. It is good to walk into a place and not see grumbly faces just doing a job.
