This hotel is located at around 5km of the entrance of the Todra Gorge and is located next to the Palmeraie of Tinerhir. You leave the terrace of the hotel, cross the river and you are in the Palmeraie where you can discover the gardens, abandoned Kasbahs or just make a nice walk to the entrance of the Gorge.

The staff is very friendly and very helpfull. They help you with all your questions and provide additional information on the region and the Gorge. Dinner and breakfast, both good, were served in the large restaurant, with the staff just inches away to accommodate you.

Our room was small and basic but clean and had a (small) balcony. The bathroom needed some improvements although it was also clean and there was plenty of hot water. The shower head could not be mounted anymore and had to be held during showering. The toilet flush did not work always and there was a banging noise in the plumbing.

It is a good place to stay and visit the Gorge but don't expect too much comfort or luxury. The staff and location kinda make up for the basic rooms.

Nestled in the hills of Todra is this little Oasis of a hotel.
My room was well apointed but with no TV...which was OK. The shower was great, but its easy for water to go everywhere if you turn the pressure up too much.
Dinner was lovely and was served outside near the pool. Watching the sun hit the hills in the morning is a magical experience.
I found the staff really relaxed and very friendly.
All in all a very pleasant and relaxing visit.

On the road to to the Todra Gorges you'll find this hidden gem. Don't get fooled by the road side exterior, which is not very impressing. However the inside is quit interesting. On 3 levels down to the river side you'll find a Morocan style restaurant and outside terace and swimming pool. The outside terace and pool are a bless. The restaurant offers the standard Marocan dishes against reasonable prices and good quality. Breakfast is very simple but adequate.

Rooms are standard and were cleaned every day. Nothing special really.

Worth mentioning is the staff. The guys were very friendly and helpfull. Since some of us were slightly ill nothing was too much for them to help us feeling comfortable. Multiple times somebody was send off to the Souk to get some special food or drinks, which is absolutely fantastic!

I would come back anytime. Don't forget to pay the wonderful 'Gorges de Todra' a visit, drive through them until you meet a place called 'Auberge du festival', which is great for some relaxing or even an additional night on the edge of the world :-) And ask the receptionist for a local Berber guide to walk you through the 'oasis' just below the river side, very entertaining and interesting.

This hostel ( certainly not a hotel) is overpriced. It was very clean and the food was great but it is just a hostel. The staff were not welcoming at all to the point that you could easily assume that the waiter had an issue with English people. We stayed at two Riads whilst in Morocco and both were far more comfortable and welcoming than here for less money.
