I decided to stay at the hotel for one night between flights.
Checkin was friendly but not really professional. The room was spotless clean, well appointed but very small. I liked the quality of the amenities in the bathroom. The little shop next to the lobby had a very limited choice, only a few things to heat up in the microwave, no sandwiches. They only have room service from 5pm for a few hours. The American Grill in the hotel doesn't really look like a restaurant, but more like a breakfast room, not really cosy. So I decided not to have dinner there and go to Manhattan.
The airport shuttle leaves every 30 minutes and was on time, although no airco, the bus was boiling hot. I was almost cooked when I arrived at the airport, not really interesting, I don't like to board a plane sweaty.
The hotel was ok for one night, although I was glad I booked with points and didn't had to pay the 200-300$ rate, that would have been a dissapointment for the limited comfort.
