“Comfortable Stay”

For the price, this hotel is one of the better values in the area. I had a comfortable stay. The service was very good. I found breakfast a bit confusing (wasn't sure what to do or where to sit) but it was a decent meal.

We travel a lot, and often stay at hotels in this category. The entire staff at this Hilton Garden was exceptionally friendly and cheerful, and stand well above all others. This was especially apparent at breakfast, where even the hotel manager jumped in to help people find a seat and get started. The staff was very attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. The van driver was also very nice and cheerful. I wish all hotels were like this. We look forward to visiting again.

I stayed for the first time at this hotel on Dec. 5, 2013. It was a very good experience. The internet access was free and very quick. The room and bathroom were pleasant. I will stay again if I am going to be in the area again.

Although this hotel is a little out of the way the staff more than makes up for the location. Very clean hotel with a very friendly staff that makes you feel welcomed when away from your family. Shuttle vans are on time and always accomodating to my needs. Dining staff friendly with smiles and they are there to serve you and treat you like someone.

Arrived in the afternoon and went to the shuttle pick up point where the shuttle was ready and waiting -awesome! i was told to get inside as the heater was on and leave the driver to pack my 3 large suitcases in the back. great service! within a few minutes i was there and was greeted by the bellhop who whisked my bags out of the shuttle and into the lobby.
A small hiccup finding my reservation as it was under my first name, and i was all checked in. there is a lovely little restaurant/bar in the lobby area where i went to get some dinner. I had a steak frite salad which was fantastic. far too much for one person to eat!

I would not hesitate to recommend Hilton garden inn in Queens for anyone needing an airport hotel for the night or even for a few days. the staff were very helpful and polite. i did not sample the breakfast as i left on the 530am shuttle but they were just opening up when i left. There is complementary starbucks coffee and assorted teas in the lobby for the guests and i took a cup with me to the airport! Thanks for a great stay! I will definately see you again when i am passing through.

This is an airport hotel. It does what it says on the tin. It is very convenient if one has to overnight at JFK in order to catch a connecting flight. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast OK, the drinks expensive. The thing that set this place apart from almost every other airport hotel I have ever stayed in was the friendliness of the staff. To a one they were warm and interested in the customers. We stayed there twice recently (going and coming on a trip to America) and were struck by this both times. At breakfast the staff even seemed to know most of the folks by name! Compared to chilly corporate hotel service we have experienced at other hotels in the past this was really a breath of fresh air.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to India and again on our way home. What a wonderful place to stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful! We arrived from a 15 hour flight to find our room ready for early checkin! Breakfast was very nice ! We would definitely stay there again!
