“Great Quiet Property That is Reasonably Priced With Easy Access to Nearby JFK”

My wife and I stayed at this property for one night last weekend because of its close proximity to JFK. Our flight into JFK landed just before 11:00 P.M. and we were able to be in our clean, comfortable & remarkably quiet room just after midnight without having to take a cab. We took the AirTrain to the Federal Circle station and called the hotel from the courtesy phone on the ground level of the station. We were picked up by the well marked hotel shuttle about 7 minutes later and taken directly to the nearby hotel. All our interactions with the hotel staff and shuttle drivers were positive. There were no additional fees for the use of the AirTrain from the terminal to the Federal Circle station(which is also the pick up & drop off locale for rental cars) and the hotel shuttle that runs between the Federal Circle station and the hotel.
The room we stayed in was well maintained with everything in good working order. The bathroom was clean with a well functioning bathtub & shower.
The breakfast area was clean with a staff person attending to the food stations throughout the time we were eating breakfast. The food selection for breakfast was typical for a Hampton Inn.
The business center had two fast PCs that were in good working order.
The shuttles from the hotel to the Federal Circle station left on the hour and half hour on the morning we departed. This schedule wasn't a problem for my wife & me because we were heading back to the rental car center at the Federal Circle station and not back to one of the terminals.
In summary, I think this property offers great value and is easily reached from JFK by AirTrain and hotel shuttle and was a great choice for our short one night stay last weekend.

My stay in the Hampton Inn completely exceeded my expectations, even after reading some great reviews on it.

I stayed for 2 nights in transit for work and I couldn't have asked for more. The rooms are extremely quiet (which I did not expect near the airport), the rooms are large, the beds reasonably comfortable, the wifi strong and more importantly FREE, the complimentary breakfast had lots of choice, a selection of free coffee available all day, helpful friendly staff, free airport shuttle. Really, it has the lot. And all for VERY reasonable prices (compared to what I would normally get for the same price).

You can get food delivered to the hotel from outside places at any time of day (2am in my case!) and the staff provide you with menus etc. It's also joined to the Hilton next door so you can go there for dinner or lunch if you want. The Hilton also has a small store that sells necessities and snacks.

I would definitely stay here again!

The oder of mold kind of overwhelmed the experience. The room furnishings are spartan, and had to return to front desk for coffee cups that were not left in the room...

On the positive side, the wifi service was good and fast.

After a horrible return flight from abroad, during which time my husband and I both fell very ill, we returned to JFK feeling as though we would not be able to make the long drive to upstate New York. We scrambled to find a hotel with availability and, to our surprise, every hotel was completely (!!!) booked, except for 1 remaining room at this Hampton Inn. We quickly booked it and were delighted to find that it was a wonderful hotel, readily able to help us with finding a local pizza delivery joint, all toiletries that we did not have handy, and guiding us to the local gift shop for much-needed nyquil. I think the best part of our stay was the bed!! We sank into the bed and passed out for 10 hours, after which we awoke feeling 95% better! I would easily return any day and highly recommend it!

While the staff was accommadting, Taneisha (sp) was great! She was very informative, from restaurant delivery suggestions to somewhere to get a quick blow dry. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was exceptionally clean.
I only have two issues which will have no impact on my return- 1- the Internet was extremely slow and 2- the faucet in the bathtub was drippy.

stayed here for one night before a flight back early the next morning.pleasant stay .efficient and friendly staff .free hotel shuttle to and from airport very convenient.although to get to hotel from airport was not very clear at the outset but we asked at info at the airport and were directed to the pickup area.nice large room and bathroom with basic amenities.as requested we were given a wake up call .breakfast was very nice as well .highly recommeded !!

Our family of four stayed at the hotel the night before we were to return home to Australia. The hotel was a little difficult to find on our GPS. The GPS seemed not to recognise the address, we ended up just locating the street on the GPS and then found the hotel. The hotel was a busy place. We found very efficient and friendly people at the Registration Desk. Well done people! The room was a reasonable size. The beds were comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very good, as was the breakfast area near the lobby. We did not eat dinner at the hotel as there was no restaurant at the hotel. This however was not a problem as the Hilton Hotel is right next door and it has a very good restaurant, the cost to eat in the reastaurant is on the higher side however the food was good. The hotel allowed us to check out at 7:30am and store our luggage in a secure location until we left the hotel at 5:30pm via the complementary Hotel shuttle for the airport. They also arranged a SUV drop off and pick up for us into Queens to shop for the day. We had to pay for this, however I consider it was a good deal. The SUV driver, a West Indian gentleman was excellent and totally reliable, his driving skills were also excellent, he was the best driver we had whilst in New York. Hotel Manager do not let any other hotel management steal this SUV driver/service, he was top notch!
We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
