I stayed at the Sheraton JFK Airport.New York I arrived at around 11:30 pm at which time I checked in and I was given a handicap room. Having had a handicap foster child and having traveled with him and not being able to find a room for his chair because it was always taken, I never take up one of those rooms for fear of someone coming in behind me and not having a place for his chair. I asked to be moved. Besides the TV didn’t work either.
I was moved to another room. I asked for a refrigerator to place my antibiotic in and the room did not have enough plugs for it and as you can see per the pictured in this email it was placed on top of the work desk. These rooms are very tiny to begin with and now it became smaller by placing the refrigerator on it. Then I realized that once again the TV did not work, they called maintenance and he too could not get the TV to work.
I was once again moved to another room, there upon having the refrigerator brought back the lights did not work and the Internet was not working either, once again maintenance came up and once again he requested to have my room changed. I was then moved once again and placed in a very tiny 2 bed room vs the requested King room, you had originally booked for me, the front desk said he had nothing else and no upgrades even though the parking lot was empty. Believe it or not this room also only had one lamp and one outlet that worked. After all the moves I finally had to settle for the last room with only one working outlet and one working lamp and finally settled into the room at 1:00 AM,
Not once was anything offered for my troubles and 1.5 hours of waiting packing and un packing to change rooms. This Hoyel is old and run down, nothing works and the rooms are very small, for the price pay a little more and stay in a Hotel that is a lot better than this run down old place.
Do not stay here PERIOD!

Please allow me to apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced while staying at the Sheraton. Our rooms do not have refrigerators in them, often not every guest needs them as we try to make more space available in the guests rooms. However, our guests can request a fridge while making a reservation or at check-in and we will gladly provide one at no extra charge.
I also want to apologize for the inconvenience wer caused having to mover your from room to another and for multiple things going wrong.
