Stayed for 1 night, staff friendly, room was better than expected, totally updated bath, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk, TV, free continental breakfast (mini-muffins, bagels, cheese omlettes, cereal, juice & coffee) free USA Today, property is about 1 1/2 miles from Ithaca city center, many restaurants/shopping just up the road, picked up a coupon from a travel magazine at an I90 rest stop to save a few bucks (coupon price $47.95), would recommend especially for the price.

Not a bad place to stay for a couple of nights. A bit far out of town. It is not spotlessly clean, but not filthy. The managers are very accommodating and very nice. Toilet, shower, refrigerator and heater worked. Avoid getting ripped off, however. My brother got charged for a queen room when his reservation was for a double. (Doubles are supposedly being redone). On the flip side, my sister had to bring her dog at the last minute, and no problem with that.

after reading other reviews of this motel we were pleasantly surprised by the size and condition of our rooms. they had a musty smell when we first entered but by turning on the a/c and spraying with fabreeze the odor was gone the rest of our four day stay. our rooms were clean and bug free. the furniture was dated and could be replaced,it in noway affected our stay for the nascar race 30 min. away. any request by our party was looked after promptly. while the continental breakfast was skimpy,it was about the only thing that was a disappointment. we will probably stay again next year

Stayed for 5 days. The room was (like) new from ceiling to carpet. Immaculate. Very comfy bed and pillows. Free wireless. Ergonomically designed desk chair. Many nice touches. Fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. Friendly family management. Pool was under construction because of updating. Sparse breakfast offerings, but the price was right. Overall, a very positive experience; much better than expected.
