The Holiday Inn Ithaca recently remodeled all the standard rooms and are now very nice. Along with the new and comfy rooms came an increase in price. I was an employee of Holiday Inn Hotels at the time I stayed and recieved a generous discount. The executive rooms have not yet been renovated so I prefer a standard room, since they are newer. The restaurant is not good for breakfast, and I am not sure about dinner. But if you are in Ithaca why would you want to eat at a hotel restaurant when there are so many other good places. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I have stayed at the property about 8-10 times over the years.

I just wanted to get out of this place! Almost all of the rooms face an ugly parking lot, and aren't even nice with that. Most of the rooms are only accesable through a maze of hidden stairwells, and have no elevator service. The only nice rooms here are in the executive tower section, but if youre going to spend the money to stay there, why not go to the statler? Bottom line: If you have the money go to the statler, if you dont, go to the Courtyard.

They could care less. Lousy restaurant and no one gives a "darn". I wouldn't return there if it was free!!!!

Decent hotel with clean rooms, but the restaurant
is terrible. We waited 50 minutes for breakfast.
The food was ice cold, and the waitress was totally rude. An awful experience. We will never go back! You are forewarned!
