bagels, toast, englishmuffin, orange juice, coffee,> ok.... eating area could have been nicer...tooooo crowded, needs to be updated to say the least. staff was polite, helpful....esp. cleaning lady(s) Price was very reasonable in comparsion esp. if only sleeping there !!!!!!

This hotel's location is good, very near to the shopping mall, Buttermilk falls. The room is big, clean, but no elevator.
However, ps. note that this hotel do got a new wing and an old wing. The old wing (according to my friend who has been in this hotel) is terrible. We are in the new wing & everything is so good. Therefore, when u book the hotel, be sure to write down a request to ask to be reside in the new wing. I did that & the hotel really did entertain my request.

Room Tip: Be sure to request for the "New Wing" of the hotel.

We stayed at this property as a base for visiting family. I was nervous after reading reviews, but everything else was so high in the area. I am so glad I booked! My two kids and I stayed in the newer building for 4 nights. It was very clean, spacious, and had a pretty large bathroom also. Housekeeping was great each day, and prompt. Our room had a flat screen TV, fridge and microwave. The carpeting could use replacing, but was clean, just well worn. The hallway has a very weird odor, but it is not in the room. I would stay again for sure. The location is excellent...very close to many sights, near Wegmans, many restaurants, etc. The woman at reception was very friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in newer section.

While our overall impression of the room was that it was clean, the bathmat had brown stains on it , and the towels were horrible- small, scratchy - probably like jail towels. Worst towels we have ever encountered anywhere!

The two of us were road tripping in the Finger Lakes region, and wanted to stay in Ithaca, but prices are very high there, and there aren't many choices in economy class. We got a room at the Meadow Court in for a very attractive price and were very pleased with the experience, we extended our stay for another night...
The location is very close to the center of town, with ample parking and a Wegmans across the road, mostly quiet at night. The rooms have the 'motel smell' but it freshened with use of the fan. Beds were comfortable, there was a tub/shower, fixtures all worked and there were very good lights near the bed.
We'll use Meadow Court any time we visit Ithaca.

The property is pretty old but they take care of it; we saw someone working on the shrubbery

Hotel conveniently located in walking distance to the town centre and easy to access by car to discover the Finger Lakes region. Rooms are old, carpet is spotted and the bathroom could use a serious fresh-up. Wifi is free and works in the rooms. If you stay for one night and want to hang out in the bars and only sleep some hours without spending a fortune, this might be a choice.

It has been raining whole day in NY, the weather is dreadful driving from canandigua to ithaca. The moment I walk into the office to check in, it feels so warm and welcoming, receptionist was very friendly and helpful. she upgraded us to a newer wing without asking, we are thankful for that. The next surprise was the room, the most spacious so far touring NY, New, clean, well equipped with fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, coffee making machine, spacious bathroom, tub with shower. Not forgetting great location, amenities just stone throw away. Tops supermarket is running 24 hours diagonally opposite. Wonderful!

Room Tip: New wings are better
