This was for a Wedding and the room and location was perfect. The cost of the room was very reasonable for Ithaca. good time

We prefer non-corporate but Meadow Court Inn is an example of why people choose corporate over the inconsistency of Mom &Pop type places. It feels cheap and dirty and maintenance issues abound. There is a lot of deferred maintenance, the Formica was falling apart in the bathroom, holes in the walls of the two rooms we rented etc. In rereading the previous reviews I notice that in the past month the reviews suggest this place is going downhill fast. I made my reservations when the reviews were better. We discussed finding another hotel and just losing our $100/room that is how disgusted we were. That said, we slept well, a noisy party next door at 1am were loud but luckily did not stay long, had they it would of been awful because I could hear every word spoken...and I am hard of hearing! We definitely would of not stayed two nights but in worst case scenarios the bed was decent.

The pillow does not look like changed at all, one of the pillow even have hairs and dirty water mark on it.

Asked the front desk to change, she needs to come to the room to check and then can make the change. However, she is the only one at the front desk, so she can not leave the front desk to check and make the change to the pillow.

What else can you expect from this?

Given the price and having read the reviews, I was prepared for the worst but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel desk staff were friendly and provided helpful location information. I stayed in a newer part of the motel which had been upgraded, so the room was very clean and a good size. It came with a refrigerator and microwave which was so convenient considering there is a grocery store across the street. The temperature controls worked well and the room was comfortable. My only complaint was that the comforters and rug were very hideous but all in all, not a lot to complain about. I would recommend this motel for a brief 1 or 2 night stay.
