We went there on july the 6th. we got there at 4:30 . When we were seated on the patio right by the water...was romantic, quiet and pretty. then all of a suddent right on the side of the restaurant there is a plastic white tent and behind there coming out of the kitschen were guys swearing and talking about all kinds of things inappropriate some of them spitting very loudly . happened once, i loooked at my fiance and happened a second time, and then the third time i yelled something back at them then i changed seats and came to sit inside. i knew at that moment we should have just left..the place does not look very clean carpet filthy, chairs and some tables were crusted in ketchup ... but we had ordered already.
and i ordered the prime rib meal 22.00$ . i got a sald first with wilted leaves. looked frozen and about 1/2 cup of it . The waitress brought us some breadsticks that were hot dog buns microwaved with garlic salte. in a basket lined with coffee filters.. my plate came and on there was the meat and the three salt potatoes that looked like they had deflated while microwave process. very rubbery potatoes and mushy on the inside. my meat looked re heated. it has a gray shade to it and the edges were very tough. My fiance ordered the two cajun chicken breasts 17$ with some rice and that is all he got 7in his plate. the spices they put in the rice and the chicken was so overpowering he could not eat it. I told the waitress and she says this is how they do it. No can i try it again with no spices, no effort etc. by the time we left this place it was almost 6pm and we were still the only people in the restaurant and two people in the bar. Hmmmmmmm just makes me wonder.... the waitress tells us they are always extremely busy there. I would not go back.... i have told the waitress how i felt we paid the bill then we left. I would go eat at a small mom and pop shop before here.
