“Tried it for brunch and went back for dinner...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2012

We tried this for brunch since they are gluten free friendly. We enjoyed it so much we went back for dinner that night with a group. The service was friendly and the prices reasonable. We had brunch indoors in the dining area by the front door. They were nice enough to make my daughter a GF option she had seen online from the dinner menu for brunch-things like that are always very much appreciated. I had the best beef hash I've ever had. The others enjoyed their meals as well. When we were looking for a place to do dinner that evening, there were able to accomadate a party of 12 on a heated outdoor deck-warning us ahead of time though. Everybody was very pleased with dinner too. We had different servers both times and both were friendly and accommadating. We'll definitly be back when we're in the area...

“A nice find on the road”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2012

Found this thru TA while on college visit. Menu was creative, fresh and up to date. We were willing to sit outside in 40 degree cold. Food was worth it. Family had quinoa fritters and calamari appetizers followed by stuffed poblano, catfish tacos, portobello mushroom tacos and hamburger. All were excellent. Good drinks as well. A nice surprise after a long road trip. Highly recommend.

“Go!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2012

ate there twice and both times the meal was exceptional. Love the mexican street corn and the daily fish specials. The atmosphere could use some sound proofing, but that is my only complaint.

“Excellent Mexican”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2012

We ate dinner here on a very busy Saturday night (homecoming for Cornell). The food was excellent and inventive. They had really good salsa that was served with chips. We loved the Mary Jane appetizer and my daughter loved her carnitas sandwich. I had the steak tacos, which were adequate, but they had other, better things I should have ordered.

“Not headed in the right direction”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2012

Third visit last week at lunch time. The restaurant didn't appear overly busy but the whole ordeal consumed 90 minutes-way too long for a lunch break. The kitchen must have been under-staffed. Their claim to a great ten dollar burger has evaporated as it is now $12, smaller & not so great. ($11 on previous visit). That's two bucks in less than four months. Other entrees prices have risen also. One wonders if it's arrogance or a case of receipts not hitting the pro forma.
On top of the delay, what should have been background music was rock with happy hour volume making conversation a loud challenge. Ithaca has other dining options; time to explore.
