“Pan Asian food, great atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2011

This is a unique place, where a wide selection of Thai food, mixed with assorted other Asian styles, is available in a beautiful and cozy place. Not pretentious or overpriced, in fact the lunch portions are very generous and come with soup or salad included. Wide array of dishes ranging from mild to as hot you can imagine. Service is fast and attentive, very professional staff. Worth the trip.

“Fresh and delicious food served in a cozy atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2010

On a recent Friday night two friends and I ate dinner at Tamarind—what a delight! While small in size, this cozy place offered a big range of choices, from the classic Pad Thai to a whole red snapper served with a nice choice of sauces, as well as delicious appetizers and a good selection of salads. Servings were generous and the food was incredibly fresh, tasty, beautifully presented and reasonably priced. The pleasingly simple and clean decor made for a comfortable experience. Service seemed a bit slow, although in Tamarind's defense, the place was packed, serviced by only two servers, and their take-out business was brisk. As of this writing, no alcohol was served, but folks were able to bring their own bottles. Tamarind is totally worth a visit--I'd go back in a heartbeat!
