A wonderful eperience. Rode to the top of Hunter Mountain on the skilift (called skyride). Was able to hike wome paths and had some breathtaking views.
This was a good time and I am afraid of heights. Safety was of utmost importance. Guides were great. Now that I have done this one, I would try the longer and higher runs.
We went to the Celtic festival on Sunday. Took the chairlift to the top, great views and great photo opps. Enjoyed the festival and the food and especially all the guys in the Kilts, the bagpippers were awesome. An event not to be missed.....
Has it all, great skiing, great ziplining, great festivals, great scenery and eateries...what more can u ask!!!!
A beautiful local for a challenging Olympic distance triathlon. Kudos to the town of Hunter for being so accommodating. We just need to find the right place to stay, and we're set for our return in September!
