Just like to extend my personal thanks to Charl for making me feel so at home at Croc Valley. Being one of only two guests at one point as low season, he & the staff in general really made my stay there memorable. The tent was good with a large bathroom (albeit very hot as summer, so be more bearable when not as hot!). The food was extremely plentiful & so much better than I would expect for a lodge of this kind - especially as the safari/accommodation I got was so reasonably priced. The staff were attentive & friendly & such a great location right on the river (2 huge bull elephants were behind my tent on arrival to greet me!) Also, a well stocked bar & lots of fun had drinking there too. Highly recommended!!
